I’ve had terrible experiences with dental offices in the past. It’s always made me hesitate to make appointments and I’d go years between visits. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they could put me at ease. Everyone is super friendly and approachable. Very understanding. Not pushy or overly diagnostic. I’ve never made my next 6 month appt during a visit but it was easy for me to say yes here. The fun animal show tvs were a lovely touch. 🙂

I decided to visit this place after having a rough visit at another local place. Hidden Lakes Dental was HIGHLY recommended by the Bolingbrook community on Facebook so I decided to give it a try! Their staff is EXTREMELY kind, courteous, and understanding! I didn’t feel an ounce of judgement and it started from the first call to set up my new patient appointment! I had questions on my benefits and insurance, and instead of telling me to contact my insurance - Jamie helped me through taking several of my calls and calling my insurance directly so I would know what was covered! Once I arrived, the front desk was wonderful! Daisy was my dental hygienist and was such a breath of fresh air! My last dentist wouldn’t even touch my teeth without forcing me to get a deep clean first, and Daisy didn’t even bat an eye! She spent an hour cleaning my teeth after not having a cleaning for over 5 years and was just the sweetest! She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed! Loved this place and can’t wait to go back for my follow up routine cleanings moving forward!

Love Dr. Bachinski! She’s very kind and caring! Kudos to her whole team, especially those who’ve personally assisted me: Cynthia, Kristen, and Dawn. Overall great office & team! Would highly recommend!

My whole family has had such good experiences at Hidden Lakes. My two little ones had their first ever visits to the dentist here, and everyone was so patient and warm with them. Everyone made it number one priority that they have positive experiences at the dentist. (The grown ups in the family also had positive experiences!)

Great, Friendly service. My family has been going here for years. We moved to a different city and still decided to come back after trying other dental offices as we missed the staff and having a dentist and hygienist that we can trust

The BEST dental experience our family has had. Both dentists are excellent and staff is outstanding! Cannot say enough great things about this practice.
