My Dentist was VERY professional and calm,caring and did her job like a master!! I was impressed by her skills !! Her assistant was also VERY welcoming and attentive paying close attention to me and the Doctors procedures. GREAT JOB !!!! I had anxiety but they knew exactly what to do all the way I am truly thankful for them and the staff at Grove Dental are like REAL genuine good people I remember from the past AMEN !!!! We need more people like this these days !! 🙂

I went to Grove as a kid and have tried to return as an adult. My experience at the Bolingbrook office has been awful. I’ve had a couple of fillings that popped out within a week, hygienists that were snippy, slow and clumsy, and now they refuse to do a cleaning because I don’t want X-rays. I called the day before my cleaning to say that my recent X-rays at another dentist would not be sent over in time. I was told that the treatment coordinator said it would not be a problem to continue with my cleaning anyway. Well, I get there at 7am and am told that she was misinformed. They mess around for 15 minutes before telling me this, so I don’t have time even if I was willing to give in to the money grab. I scheduled early because I needed to be out early, so I left. I understand that they can require this, but that’s why I called in advance, and forcing radiation is not ok. Just give me a waiver to sign. I’m done with Grove. What they say and what they do are two different things. They used to be really good, but there are better options in the area.

Great visit. From the front desk check-in process to the side desk check-out process (and everything in between), the appointment was smooth sailing and handled with efficiency and attention to detail. I can't remember the hygienist's name, but she did an awesome job. The dentist was Dr. Williams, and this was my first time meeting her, and as I've come to expect at Grove, she was great, and I would schedule with her again without hesitation. All in all, 5 stars.

Dita and Dr Wilson were awesome they make a great team and helped this patient who doesn't like going to the dentist get through my tooth extraction. I would give them a 12!!!!

If I could give them no stars I would. Never trust mechanics or dentists and now I see why. I was quoted $500 for a procedure. I returned for my visit and after further assessment they determined I didn’t need the procedure. They charged me $500 for the assessment. Horrible customer service and communication skills. Will not be back.
