Amazing AMAZING staff. From the sweet girl at the front counter, to Jovan, to the several hygienist I have met and taken care of my husband or children, to 3 of the Dr. Lowery's. I have a 13 yr old who is ADHD combine type and is HIGH anxiety at the dentist. The male hygienist that called my son back was incredibly kind and understanding of his nerves. He cracked jokes, walked him through each step, and just made the visit pleasant. Dr. Ben is our families primary Dr and he was great with my boy too. I can't say enough about the compassion this office has. I have never been to a dentist like this before. Thank you, Lowery staff!

I’ve been a patient here for years. I am a retired RDH, and I left Idaho for another state this year. But I drove for 8 hours to go back to Lowry Dental. The Lowry Dental team are kind, highly skilled, empathetic and cohesive. I’ve never had restorative work, just exams, but I will say this about my dentist Dr. Eric Lowry: He really cares about his patients, and he’s got beautiful teeth. I was very happy to visit my hygienist and friend, Brian Halle. He is very skilled, thorough, and gentle. I require local anesthesia for cleanings, and Brian gives the most comfortable injections that I’ve ever experienced. The Lowry Dental team is so special to me, I’ll be driving back there in six months.

Dr. Eric Lowry is hands down one of the best in the profession of Dentistry. He is such a kind hearted and compassionate Dentist. You and or your family will not be disappointed. With his knowledge and understanding of anything tooth related, I hands down give him 5 stars + and I bet you will too.

My new patient visit went great. Everyone was very friendly and Dr Eric Lowry spent a lot of time just talking with me. The office was very clean and the office staff were helpful and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. I was very impressed!

I have to share a strange and very mediocre experience I had on 10/14. While everyone was pleasant the cleaning was something to be desired as my gums and teeth were left feeling abused and tender (even into the next day) which was unusual since I've gone to Lowry's for a long time and always been pleased before. The strange parts are when I was asked to hold a dental cleaning tool in my own mouth during the procedure and had to speak to someone through a tablet at check out. I've never been asked to provide suction in my own mouth before during the cleaning for the hygienist. Then at check out, I was walked over to the counter and was presented with a tablet with no instruction. The hygienist was unable to help me and so the front desk receptionist had to come and connect me with someone on the tablet. I felt like this was very strange as there was clearly plenty of people in the office but I can to connect with someone remotely to check out of the office I was standing in?? I left the office feeling a little mistreated after this cleaning and check out experience.

Everyone there is so kind and knowledgeable. This is the kind of dentist you hope to find and stick with forever. They treat my whole family and do great with kids and adults alike. They’ve helped us with pulling teeth, making mouth guards to correct bite, whitening, filling in chipped teeth, and doing regular cleanings and we’ve been so happy with everything they’ve done. We always recommend Lowry Dental!!
