Bown Crossing Dentistry

Fit me in to repair a chipped tooth before a wedding. Also recommended I get a night guard and quickly sized me for a custom one that arrived shortly after. I was impressed by the space, technology and Dr. Kocik. Practice is also conveniently located about 5 mins from my house, so I’ve made the full transition to Bown Crossing Dentistry.

Really impressed with how hard everyone is working at this new dental clinic to build a client base and get off the ground. The clinic is impeccably clean, the staff is friendly, and the technology advanced. That said, they are under staffed in comparison to other dental clinics, as they have no dental hygienist, and the support staff they do have are still learning. Cleanings are done by the dentist due to rules on what dental assistants can do, and understandably the dentist doesn't have the time an experienced hygienist would to perform a thorough, effective cleaning. Unless you have stellar dental coverage, dental insurance is also unlikely to cover some of the basic additional procedures you may need done because of the more advanced products they use (I had an inlay and filling, neither of which were covered by my insurance). They were very transparent and helpful about pricing, though, and I decided to pay out of pocket. The work done was great and the dentist capable and knowledgeable.

Dr. Kocik is by far the best dentist in town. I am so grateful I found this practice, as they’re absolutely as top tier as you could possibly find. The staff are friendly, and my cleaning went seamlessly. I had some composite break off one of my permanent retainer brackets, and she fixed it free of charge. Great doctor, will return for next cleaning.

Overall a pleasant experience. Dr. Kocik is caring and very professional. As a new practice, it's clear there are some growing pain points (like only cherry flavored polishing 🤢). The equipment and building is modern and clean. I expect the care will only improve over time as the supporting staff gains experience and confidence. We are looking forward to future experiences.

Incredible. Dr. Kocik was extremely thorough, even taking the time to rid of composit left over from braces I had in middle school. I am now in my 30s, and no other dentist has taken the time to do that. They begin at check in with transparent cost expectations. Then, after evaluating your teeth and care plan, they provide you with a definitive cost breakdown before they begin any procedures. Very very happy with the entire team and will definitely be back!

Everybody in the office has been so warm and so welcoming and incredibly efficient. We are thrilled to find a dependable dentist office in our area. Highly recommend them.

Don’t ever really leave reviews but actually had probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. Best cleaning I’ve had. Didn’t feel like they were trying to sell anything extra. Offered me great practical tools for care at home and provided really thorough care.
