I’m grateful they did my xray and cavity fillings but this dentist told me two days in a row I needed a root canal. I told him I did not want to do that as I have cured myself already from a cancer type of an autoimmune. Instead of respecting that, he went on an on about how they are good. This disrespected what I said I wanted and my time as he spent at least 10-15 min talking at me both days after I said I am resistant to wanting a root canal. I found two other dentists that week that gave me alternatives I was happy with. I won’t go there again.

So happy I found this place! It feels clean, organized, professional and everyone is very friendly. As far as dentists go, Dr Taylor is a step above the rest - he is not only intelligent and good at his job, he seems to truly care and always takes time to listen and to explain / educate. If there is ever an issue they get you in right away. My teeth cleanings are thorough and well done as well. The pricing seems reasonable (mostly determined by my insurance). I’ve been recommending Boise smile design to all my friends and family since I moved to Boise.

I have been a patient of Dr. Taylor’s for 25 yrs. I have received the best care from Doctor Taylor , the Administration assistants at the front desk and all their hygienists. I would like to give a big shout out to Kelly my dental hygienist. I have a facial nerve problem and she is so gentle. I truly appreciate her and her kindness.

Every time I go for my appointments, they see me shortly after I arrive. Their efficiency is very nice. I’m very happy with my results and have received many compliments on my smile. Dr Taylor takes time and explains all options available. I respect his efficiency and concern his patients are satisfied with results.
