I went to JCD as a new patient for a routine checkup with Dr. Lauren Hoye, and I had a great experience. From scheduling to the actual visit, everything moved quickly. What really surprised me was that my cleaning and several fillings were all completed within a week. The cleaning was thorough, and the filling work was the best I have ever had. It was precise and very clean. Before starting treatment, they clearly explained the costs and showed the pricing with and without insurance, which I truly appreciated. Everything felt transparent. Check-in was smooth, and I only waited a few minutes before being seen. Everyone I interacted with, not just the doctor but also the hygienist and assistants, was genuinely kind and welcoming. They greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I have already recommended JCD to my family, and I will definitely recommend them to my colleagues and friends as well. This is an excellent dental office, and I believe more people should know about it.

I was given a same day appointment when I was in pain as a new client. The staff was excellent and listened to me and did not force unnecessary X-rays on me! The doctor was very friendly and honest and assessed my problem with no unnecessary workups. I appreciated the hassle-free service provided very much! Would recommend.

I always love coming in here. My wife, and most of my family goes to Jackson creek dental. Dr. Hoye and the whole staff are great people, I havnt had one bad interaction or experience for all the years I’ve gone here. Best dentist in Bloomington by FAR. I even changed my dental insurance just so I can keep going here.

I have been going here for years. I've had a full range of services from exams and cleanings to fillings and a few implants. Recently they were willing to squeeze me in on very short notice for a check-up before an extended trip out-of-country. This gave me great peace of mind for the travel. They take my "semi-phobia" of people working in my mouth seriously and without minimizing it. They accommodate me with an effective combo of aids that sets my mind completely at peace, no matter the procedure. This is my dentist and they have earned my trust.

Liz and Clayton were amazing at walking me through how my savings plan works and explaining my visits and the costs! Dr. Hoye was also great at being thorough while checking my teeth and gums and explaining everything to me! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience! I’m historically very anxious about anything "dental", but from start to finish I felt remarkably comfortable. The X-rays were very high tech, Everyone was reassuringly professional, warm & compassionate. When a small cavity under a crown was discovered they remarkably fit me in for the restoration work the very next day, before I had to go out of town. Much to my great relief, the whole process went very smoothly. I appreciated the conscious sedation, which was part of the reason I had chosen them. It was amazing that they made the crown on-site during that same appointment and I took advantage of their $ 99 plan for checkups & X-rays . They lived up to everything in their comprehensive web site and I highly recommend this dental practice.

Front office was great responding immediately to my request for our entire family (of 4) services! They called and got my dental records quickly almost immediately. Dr. Hoye was great, introduced herself while checking general teeth condition, xrays and gum health. I liked everyone very much so far. Our Hygienist Sarah is awesome!
