Dr. Jeffrey T. Allen, DDS.

Very pleased with the treatment I have received at Dr Allen's office. My teeth---what remains of them!--are not in the best of shape so I had sort of given up on it all. But in the last couple years, with their help, I now have better oral health than I have in a long time! Dr Allen knows what he's doing and it shows. His dental assistants are just as knowledgeable and the office staff is professional. I have never waited more than a few minutes, all my questions and concerns are answered, and the few times I have needed attention due to toothaches or the like they have always accommodated me. Really I couldn't ask for a better dentist and staff than I have found at Dr.Allens. I highly recommend them!

Every experience with Dr. Allen has been excellent. I would recommend him to anyone for any dental work. He is prompt and goes out of his way to help you even after hours. They make you feel comfortable. I know that a lot of us are embarrassed because we have neglected seeing the dentist regularly. Don’t worry because the staff is there to help you not make you feel bad. Don’t wait any longer. The staff is ready to help you.

Horrible experience. Not a welcoming environment at all, there was minimal conversation before or after the procedure. My fiancé expressed that he wanted to wait to have his wisdom teeth pulled and Doctor Allen continued to work. My fiancé had 2 wisdom teeth pulled and Doctor Allen did not give the numbing shots time to get his mouth numb before they pulled them. My fiancé expressed that he was in pain and he physically could not sit still because the pain was so severe, it was noticeably uncomfortable. Doctor Allen refused to give him more numbing shots and continued to work. The assistant he had was rude as well. Do not recommend at all.

Dr. Allen is probably my favorite doctor of all time. He’s gentle, an expert and he has TVs in his dental chairs. Can’t beat that. He wants you to be at ease. And a lot of these one star comments seem to be unrelated to the actual professionalism that you experience here. It seems some folks have too much time on their hands and take somethings way too personally.

I have been seeing Dr. Allen for about 15 years now. I have had regular cleanings, fillings, crowns, and a tooth extracted. Dr. Allen has always taken time to fully discuss options, done exceptional work with as little discomfort as possible, and showed his concern for me when he came in at 6:45 on a Saturday morning to deal with a tooth I broke just hours before I had a vacation flight scheduled. His office and dental staff are also competent and friendly.

Went to Dr. Allen for about a year. Ended up with a cavity and thought uhh whatever get it filled. They filled the "cavity" several months later I am informed I need a root canal because my nerve is dying. I had been having a lot of pain in that tooth for months. Instead of just going forward with the root canal I contact another doctor to get a second opinion and find out I never actually had a cavity in the tooth that got a filling. As of now almost 2 years later I have had two root canals and a third that is likely due to a doctor who "filled in a cavity" before Dr. Allen I had never had issues with my teeth before going to him I had only one other cavity in my 27 years of living. I have had multiple doctor's tell me that it was the first cavity that started this down slide of my dental health. Whatever you do don't go see this man. He will royally mess you up and provide unnecessary care and could cause future issues.

Dr. Allen is top notch, courteous and on time. His technicians are delightful; even the office staff. You can tell a lot about a practice from the behavior of the staff, and whether they are happy to be there. I can't imagine that the two negative reviews I see here are the same dentist I have known for almost 10 years now. He has never recommended an unnecessary procedure. In tact, he has tactfully redone several botched fillings from a previous dentist, without throwing that dentist "under the bus." A classy guy. PS. The "sealant lady" who wrote the review about her child sounds like a wacko; just sayin.
