My family and I have been going to Create a Smile for several years, and we've always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment you walk in. The facility is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What stood out to me when I first became a patient was that the doctors took the time to get to know me and made me feel comfortable rather than rushing through the appointment. CAS is a great place. Everyone is very friendly and good at what they do. Dr. Moore is very efficient, has a great personality, and is very knowledgeable. I had switched from my hometown dentist of 15+ years, so you can imagine how nervous I was finding a new doctor that is local to me now. I am happy with my experiences at CAS and everyone I have met there so far. Shout out to Brooke who did my cleaning today. She was very sweet and gentle!

New patient here! Let me tell you. Doctor Moore and his staff, was very welcoming and professional. Very clean office. As the hygienist was setting up for my teeth cleaning. I was asked if I wanted fluoride and gave me the price before she started. Which was great. No surprise bill at the end! They break everything down before hand. You're not pressured to do anything! Was educated on different options I could do! Was so happy to find doctor Moore and his staff!

I have an aversion to setting up appointments, and I always push off scheduling anything medical. Create a Smile makes it so easy, and you never have to schedule out multiple weeks or months in advance. I had chipped my tooth, and they got me in on the same day I had called for an appointment. While I know that is not always typical, I know they work to get you in as soon as possible. I could write a whole other review on how great their staff is. Before my chipped tooth, I hadn't been to the dentist in five years. They have made the process of going to the dentist accessible and welcoming, and I will definitely be back. I am so happy I found this office!

The manager was extremely rude for no reason. She asked me to leave simply because I refused to pay a charge that was never disclosed to me beforehand. During my cleaning, the hygienist asked if I wanted fluoride, and I agreed, assuming it was part of the regular procedure. She applied just a few drops, and at checkout, I was suddenly told to pay $20 for it. I calmly explained that no one informed me this would be an extra cost and that I would have declined if I had known. Despite speaking respectfully, the staff told me to They exaggerated their facial expressions—not out of sympathy, but in anger and indignation, as if deliberately performing outrage to escalate the situation. It felt like an attempt to intimidate me or create a scene, even though I remained calm and respectful throughout. Such behavior is manipulative and deeply unprofessiona
