Always happy with the services here. Staff is friendly and the communication has been great. Also, Dr Hein is quite handsome, definitely a plus.

Second time I've been to Campus Family Dentist and I couldn't be more satisfied. The dentist himself is wonderful. Plain talking, compassionate understanding and willing to listen. Every staff member I have encountered has been the same. From the girls in the office to the Hygienists. Do not believe the poor reviews. My experience is recent and my reactions are true.

I went in because of terrible jaw/ear pain. They did X-rays that was extremely painful because it was such a huge camera placed in my mouth, and I can’t open my jaw all the way. My eyes were literally watering from my face and jaw being strained. They then referred me out to an orthodontist, but decided among themselves to to an unscheduled, very quick clean before sending me to another office. The cleaning was the worst I’ve ever had in my life. The girl scrapped my teeth with the scraper, then quickly brushed them but it wasn’t a thorough clean by anyone’s standards. Now fast forward several months and I just got a text message saying the insurance info I gave them back then is not going through (now). Well, I’ve gotten a new job since then with new insurance. My new insurance isn’t going to go back and backpay for an appointment almost a year prior when I had another insurance at the time. So, now my old insurance of coarse won’t pay because they waited till now to post the bill!! Now I’m afraid they’re going to send it to collections against me personally just because they didn’t bill my anthem at the time of service. There were crays, and a clean that’s probably not going to be cheep, and they told me they made sure my insurance covered it ahead of time. Very unprofessional

I have some bad teeth, and very limited financial options, but I needed to get work done because of infection/pain. I've not been to a dentist in over 5 years, so I was nervous. My dental hygienest, Ruth, made me feel comfortable and understood. Dr. Hein was professional, caring, courteous, and straight to the point. They gave me options and we discussed and I made the best informed decision I could have. I left feeling positive about a very negative situation, and for that I'm grateful. I came here to give them an unbiased 5-star review, because I've been to way too many dental offices in my life, and this office staff and the doctor are the best I've experienced. I will definitely be returning to get my cleanings done there in the future.

The staff at Campus Family Dental are spot on! They’re knowledgeable and patient. They were also able to fit me in for a cleaning promptly! Additionally, they updated my X-Ray’s while I was there to ensure my teeth were still healthy and in order.
