Tabby and Dr Kong did a great job on my filling. They were gentle and thorough. They have a great chair-side manor and their humor made me feel at ease. My serious dental anxiety was nonexistent once I met them. They explained everything before they did it. I highly recommend this practice. Everyone was very friendly.

Great experience with dentist but awful awful experience with girls at front dest they have always been rude and just do not care about you like the dentist does. I never missed an appointment girls atvthe front desk are not willing to see if there could be a mistake like they were.The dentist are amazing. The front staff needs more training. I dropped my dentures so I called to make and appointment but the lady that I was unfortunate enough to speak to on the phone said iv missed 3 appointments. Iv never missed an appointment was late one time but never missed. But the lady on the phone was not willing to check with dentist to see if there was a mistake she just said no you missed and are no longer able to come here. Very unfair. And would not even ask if maybe there is a mix up. No she just pretends thats her business not the dentist she actually works for.

Over Thanksgiving I broke a molar thoroughly enough to need a dentist. I'd seen Dr. Reitmeier long ago and was impressed. She was out of the office, but I could get in to Dr. Kong the day after I called. It could easily have turned into an ordeal and definitely wasn't fun. It was more a happy accident. The broken tooth had to come out, along with two others that she demonstrated weren't far behind the broken one. Dr. Kong was very straightforward but tactful about what she thought needed to be done; there was no pressure to go along with her plan. I have metal based partial plates that she thought could be added to; modern plastic appliances don't seem to fit, stay put or work as well. After the extractions and enough time for the jaws and gums to heal, she took impressions, got my old but modified partials back, fitted them and saw me a month later for final adjustments. The final visit was as close to enjoyable as can be said about a dental visit. She took a few minutes with me and explained dental care and my prognosis better than anyone had previously done in my 70+ years. She's caring, compassionate, astute, skilled and patient. I just wish I'd found her much sooner.

The dentist are great but the woman at the front dest need more training. I dropped my dentures so I called to get them fixed. But the lady i was unlucky enough to speak to told me I missed 3 appointments and im no longer able to get my teeth fixed here. Iv never messed an appointment but the lady on the phone said I did and would not see if there might be a mix up somewhere. She just told me iv missed appointments and im no longer welcome. When I said thanks she hung up on me. The front desk lady's need more training. This is not fair.

I cannot recommend this office enough! Dr. Reitmeyer and her staff are phenomenal! Very professional and knowledgeable. My hygienist, Lauren, was awesome. She explained everything she was doing and answered all questions. It was probably the smoothest dental appointment I have ever had.

Dr. Rieghtmier and her team, especially Tabby because that’s who helped me besides the doctor, but they went above and beyond for me! I couldn’t be happier with all the work they had done for me. I thought I’d never be able to open mouth smile around ppl anymore and I’m only 33 but that’s how bad my teeth were. But not only did these wonderful lady’s talk me out of getting them all pulled and just putting in dentures but she saved all my teeth that she could and fixed them good as new. The amount of confidence that came flooding back to me just after one appointment was unbelievable, I scheduled my next appointment for the right side of my mouth 2 days later and they were both angels who went out of their way to make me comfortable and made the whole process pain free. This is by far the best dentist practice that I know of. They truly care about their patients and I’ll be taking my kids/family to only them from here on out. The whole staff was truly wonderful and extremely helpful throughout the whole experience. I don’t mean to ramble but I honestly can’t say enough good things about these lady’s at Bloomington southside dental care.

I recently moved to the area and had my first appointment here, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The entire team was so welcoming, professional, and kind from the moment I walked in. The office is clean, modern, and comfortable, and everyone made me feel completely at ease. My hygienist and dentist were both incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. I’m so glad I found them!!
