The office staff is courteous. Dr. Taylor did a great cleaning for our son. We’re very happy with their services.

Dr. Shone is always so friendly and nice with my kids!! He explains everything very well so your child feels more comfortable. He also always answers any questions thoroughly.

This was our 19 month olds first dentist trip and they were amazing with her. Every staff person was extremely friendly, informative, patient and kind. The dentist was amazing, explaining everything in detail and she was only upset for a few seconds because he was so quick and efficient. I wish adult dentist offices were like this and I’m so glad we can keep taking her here until she is a teenager!

My son’s 1st time at the dentist was a success! Dr. Shone was more than understanding & patient with the will of my child strong mouth! Nonetheless, it was a great experience not only for my child but for me as a mom🫶🏻

My 12 year old daughter has selective mutism and also has horrible social anxiety, but Dr. Shone and the staff are absolutely amazing and we love them all. They make her feel comfortable every visit and it's the one appointment that she does not mind going to.

The dental assistant was so rude to me and my child at initial intake tell him he doesn’t his mommy when he asked for me to come back with him. They DO NOT ALLOW PARENTS IN THE BACK!!! My son told me after the procedure was over he was told he had to wipe away his tears before he could see his Mommy! This is absolutely ridiculous! This is a pediatric specialist! You would think they would want the parents to be able to comfort their child. He told me he felt everything (wasn’t numbed) and talked about how he could feel everything and it was so painful. The dentist himself was kind and patient but the dental hygienist should NOT be working with children. We will not be returning. And I would not recommend.

The building is beautiful with detailed paintings on every wall. Everything was clean and well organized, with cute ghosts hanging from the celling above each dental chair. The staff were so friendly! They gave my child 2 goodie bags (one extra for Halloween) plus a toy! The dentist has a great sense of humor! They were all very fun, engaging, up beat, and interactive. The dentist explained things very well and in detail. He took his time and was very thorough. He was thoughtful and took mindful considerations for my disabled child. I can tell that he has a passion for what he does. Riley's children's hospital will only see patients until the age of 18. However, this dentist provides care for special needs, even throughout adulthood. I think it's a beautiful calling and purpose! Best dentist ever!
