Atrium Dental Bloomington

I Got a filling done yesterday. The way they held the tools in my mouth was more painful than anything else!!! Multiple times I was hurting because of the way they were using the tools to do their work, it would press against my tongue or lip etc. Never have I experienced that before. It was aggressive! Horrible personality from the lady that done the actual filling. She may have just been having a bad day but sure seemed like she didn’t want to be there and wouldnt even crack a smile whatsoever or even speak to me. I Don’t know her name. Blonde lady. She was NOT friendly at all. Dr Weiss is very nice, personable and Knowledgeable but I don’t know if I will be going back. Sad because I been going there over 20 years seeing dr Brewer and his more friendly and chipper staff. The girl at front desk was nice but I had a payment due at check out that was not expected. Plus a lot more expensive than dr brewer who never tried to get payment from me as I was walking out the door. That always came in the mail. Sadly disappointed.

I have been seeing Dr. Weiss since 2018 in Bedford. I was happy to hear they opened a location in Bloomington. I didn't like going to the dentist at all, it was always overwhelming. Dr. Weiss takes the overwhelming feeling away. I had several things that needed attention and Dr. Weiss is awesome about putting together a plan that we spread out over a year, sometimes more. I highly recommend Atrium Dental.

I have to admit that I was hesitant transitioning from my life-long dentist… BUT… Dr. Weiss is amazing and I couldn’t be happier! He demonstrated superb communication, diligence and modern solutions that made me feel comfortable, heard, and cared for. I know this may be a bonkers thing to say but I’m truly looking forward to my next dental appointment! Haha! Happy to be part of the Atrium family!

Keisha is the best dental hygienist She is professional, kind and personal. The young lady at the front desk who takes payment and schedules appointments was helpful with answering my concerns. Today was my first time meeting Dr. Nick and I was impressed how he is making the transition from having Dr Brewer as my dentist to his office. The transition will be smooth and through.

Was only our first visit for an exam at this time with my wife and I. Cleaning coming later in December. The exam was good and no strange or extra was we requested by the doctor. Feels like the watch and wait for real issues with out pressing for work not needed.

I wasn't looking forward to having 3 teeth with failing metal fillings replaced, but Dr. Weiss made it a comfortable and not unpleasant experience. It was fairly quick, and I was able to eat about an hour afterwards with no weird numbness issues! Very good experience!

Keissa is a fabulous hygienist! Very personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Weiss and Dr. Flynn explain things well. I feel very comfortable with both of them.
