Mi experiencia fue muy mala con esta empresa. Su personal administrativo no es atento además perdí mucho tiempo ya que cancelaban mis citas sin previo aviso. Adicional son fatales con la facturación ya que me facturando doble y tuve problemas con mi seguro médico. No los recomendaría

I had a really positive experience at Aspen Dental in Bloomington. Samantha was especially kind, pleasant, and welcoming throughout my visit. She made me feel comfortable and much less anxious, and I really appreciated how caring and patient she was. Dr. Patel and the team were professional and helpful as well. Thank you all for making the appointment a good experience!

I had a great experience from start to finish! Dr. Nam was incredibly thorough and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Macie was amazing during my consult—she explained everything clearly and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional, which really made a difference. You can tell they truly care about their patients. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality dental care!

Was a new patient and had an appointment for 4pm. Sat in the waiting room for an hour only to be brought back and turned away immediately due to being pregnant (13 weeks). I explained that my OBGYN and family doctor highly recommended me to see one for risk of gum disease. They still refused me care due to not being comfortable to work on a pregnant patient in good conscience. I have dentists in my family who spoke to me saying they would treat pregnant patients all the time and there are safe protocols put in place for those reasons. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed in being refused care and wasting my time when THEY KNEW at my booking I was pregnant. This is illegal discrimination of my pregnancy and provided me necessary preventative care when they could have shielded during X-rays and cleaning.

Thank you Aspen Dental for making it right with me!! I had a consultation with the endodontist that was surprisingly high out of pocket, and I had not received an estimate upfront. As a disabled person on a limited income I was pretty blindsided and the manager was not very kind and blamed someone else in the office. Her name is Carrie and I’ve seen other bad reviews that mention her name. After leaving my feedback ( I have to say it took three weeks of hounding them), I was contacted personally today by the dentist who owns this location. She refunded me almost half odd that money. And she said that Carrie isn’t working there any more

Such great people and professionals here at Aspen Dental in bloomington. Every one was super sweet and help. Taja was great and helped me with any questions that I had with getting me in and also while checking out! Great place to go
