Kakos Dental | Bloomfield Hills Dentist

Great place to get dad's and my teeth cleaned. We have a rescue dog named Chuchu and he was right by dad the whole time. Her office is very dog friendly. There is way less stress when you have a fur ball next to you. My daughter is in the forth grade and went to lunch and the dentist. I took her to the pizza place on Maple and Inkster for a quick bite prior to getting my teeth cleaned. She is being monitored for braces and had questions on some loose teeth. She got the best answers for all her questions. I took my daughter and I to a lunch and dentist appointment the 3rd of December and was a success. Both of us got our teeth cleaned and Angela was able to make it back to school to finish her day. The professionalism is far superior to anywhere I have been before. Plus this office is an excellent role model for kids like my daughter. My teeth always feel great after a visit there. Also June 2019, Great cleaning and check up! My dentist and hygienist found I needed some extra work that requires an additional visit as these issues were not found before. I appreciate both as they helped me out. Had another cleaning, with ChuChu in my lap, and was great! I would recommend this practice to anyone.

This dental office is the best! I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello from EVERYONE at the front desk. I no longer have a fear of being in a dental chair! I hate shots, which has kept me from the dentist because I didn't prevent cavities. I have to give a shot out to hygienist, Jannelle. She is a true professional and mastered her craft. From the uncomfortable x-rays, she took her time and worked around my comfort level. Throughout the entire process, including x-rays, she ensured to work around my pain threshold. The time and compassion she displayed is worth taking the time for this review. Dr. Kakos has to be an angel from heaven. She was very thorough on what my next steps are and another true professional and master of her craft! I'm finally looking forward to my next dental visit!!

I was not a huge fan of going to the dentist ever since having a horrific experience with a dentist in another state. Despite all my apprehension, I could not have had a better experience! Everyone in this office is incredibly gentle but very thorough, not to mention kind and attentive. I feel that I'm getting the best possible care and I come out feeling like my teeth are super clean and healthy. I've now had several exams/cleanings here, and though I now live in another state, I schedule my dental visits around trips home to see my parents because I am such a fan of this office. Very highly recommended!

The staff at the Bloomfield office were very welcoming and personable when entering into the office. The dental hygienist who performed my cleaning and X-rays did a great job! She explained what she was doing step by step and why. She provided recommendations for at home care as well. Dr Karmo was wonderful to chat with. She, too, explained in detail each step of her exam. I would highly recommend this practice!

My semi annual cleaning went smoothly as usual. It’s a pleasure to visit the office and chat with the staff. I couldn’t be happier with my choice visiting this lovely group! They always have a smile, are willing to help and treat you as if you’re the only patient in the world. Keep up the stunning work!!!

I know some people really dread going to the dentist, but that has never been my experience with Dr. Kakos. In fact, I've been going to this office for about two years now and the receptionists are always very kind and accommodating. Jackie my hygienist is not only great at cleaning my teeth, but also very thorough at explaining the best ways to care for them. I really couldn't ask for a better experience.

Dr. Kakos is wonderful! She does a great job! She and her staff are very professional and kind. I always get an appointment when it is convenient for me and they always call me the next day to see how I'm doing. I've never had a dental office care about my health so much! Thank you!
