I’m so glad I chose Dr. Iwen for my orthodontic care. The entire staff was incredible to work with—everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive to all of my questions and concerns throughout the process. What meant even more to me was how kind and patient they were with me because I had to bring my two little girls to every appointment.The staff always made me feel comfortable and welcomed, which truly made every visit a positive experience. I highly recommend Dr. Iwen and the whole team!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Milestone Orthodontics over the past two years! Today is a big day—my son is getting his braces taken off (even ahead of schedule!), and we couldn’t be happier with the journey. From start to finish, the doctors and staff have been absolutely amazing—kind, welcoming, and always professional. Landon genuinely looked forward to every visit, which says so much about the positive environment they’ve created. And most importantly… his teeth are absolutely beautiful! We are so grateful for the care and attention they’ve given him. Highly recommend to any family looking for an orthodontic team that truly cares.

All 3 of our daughters had their braces through Milestone Othodontics! We highly recommend them. They are conveniently located next to all the middle schools in the area which allowed our daughters to walk to their appointments. All their smiles are beautiful now!

Dr. Kyra Iwen and her team are amazing! I moved away shortly after starting my journey with aligners and had no qualms flying back to MN for my ortho appointments to see Dr. Iwen. She's THAT good! Aligners can be tricky and take a bit longer than braces to get the desired results. The amount of patience, attention to detail and kindness was off the charts. I'm neurotic about my teeth and if I didn't like something, Dr. Iwen made it her mission to make sure I was happy. I'm truly going to miss seeing all the lovely ladies in the office every couple of months now that my treatment is complete. THANK YOU Dr. Iwen and Team for fixing that stubborn wonky tooth! Not only did I have a great experience here with my orthodontic care. But my daughter Callaway just got her braces removed after care here and we loved the entire experience. Staff is top notch. Dr. Iwen is amazing.
