Blaine Dentistry

My dentist visits in the past, were far and few and I'm new to Blaine and to this dentist office. I was afraid I had major issues with my teeth......From the appointment setting to the first visit and second visit, the staff and dentist were top tier. I was treated kindly and the pricing, what I needed done and the fillings I had fixed all went smoothly. They will now be my go to dentistry and I will continue to follow through with my regular check ups. Great place all around

I had my first dentist appointment since childhood here, and I didn't face any sort of judgement here for that! They did a thorough inspection and cleaning while making me feel as comfortable as possible. They even give you shaded glasses to wear so the lights dont bother your eyes as much, which I greatly appreciated. I now have a better understanding of whats causing my pain and I have a great care plan to follow and I look forward to continuing my care here!

My first impression of this office was great: clean environment and the dentist I saw was wonderful. My appointment was conducted on time, partly because I was able to complete my documents beforehand. My visit was an initial imaging and consultation visit, and the staff in the back was quit knowledgeable and professional. However, the scheduler was a little less than pleasant. At first, her initial demeanor was professional and approachable. However after my consultation, I was told to get my schedule for a follow up cleaning. I went back to the front desk to continue with the scheduling. That day, I had come to my appointment with my three-year-old due to daycare unavailability. As we continued to look for openings for a follow up, it so happens that my schedule would get in the way. I have three children and between school and activities, finding time for a two-and-a-half hour session is practically impossible. To make matters worse, the scheduler was becoming more and more impatient and visibly irritated. To avoid this uncomfortable situation, I scheduled the next available opening they had and left that location. I subsequently canceled my appointment and had my profile transferred over to another office. It’s sad that an experience that’s overall great can be shifted because of one person.

First time here but very nice and clean waiting area. Appointment started late for who I brought even though we were 15 minutes early for paperwork that was digital and ideally would have been sent beforehand to be done before arriving to streamline things. We've spent more time waiting for them to "be right back" after each encounter with someone. We spent at least 2.5 hours waiting and 20 minutes of actual interaction (including destiny and front desk). They did not listen when we answered their questions and wouldn't have to ask if they would listen. We made an appointment and it seemed to not matter either for time. We will not be back as this has been extremely disappointing. I am only giving one star because I cannot leave zero.

Had a loose front filling that wouldn't have fallen out naturally for a while but thought I'd get ahead of it. Just wish she would have said more about pricing before pressing on it hard with her tools, knocking it out, and then showing the huge cost. Now I gotta ganked up front tooth that at least woulda lasted a couple more weeks had I just stayed home. Paid 121 bucks to get uglier. Thanks a pantload chet.

I had a wonderful new patient experience at Blaine Dentistry! The woman on the phone to set up the appointment was very friendly and helpful- they had really convenient scheduling options and were able to get me in without having to wait months. The office was clean and conveniently located! The assistant who took my X-rays did such a good job- she was so efficient and made me feel really comfortable! Dr. Steen was so kind and gentle. Top tier dental office and I would definitely recommend!

Dr Steen is the BEST! Scheduling was very easy and when I needed to come in ASAP for tooth pain they were able to get me in and fix it very quickly. Very friendly staff all around, made it a very welcoming and comfortable environment!
