I was squeezed in for a dental correction. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the customer service was well above average. Dr. Hixson worked directly with the lab to get the correction covered, which took a big weight off my shoulders. She truly went to bat for me, and the quality of the work shows. I’m grateful for how quickly I was seen and how well I was treated. Highly recommend.

We love Heringer Dentistry! They are always professional, knowledgeable, and offer awesome dental care. Dr. Heringer has been our family dentist for years; he is the best! They have a new hygienist, Grace, who I saw today for the first time. She is a great addition to their team- sweet personality and very competent.

I have been a patient of Dr. Heringer and his office for over 10 years. My teeth and the care of them are very important to me. The staff of Heringer Dentistry is excellent and so very welcoming with each visit and phone call. It is truly a family atmosphere. Ashley, the receptionist is the warmest and most pleasant and accommodating person you will meet. Chantal, my hygienist takes fantastic care of me each and every time I come in. Some hygienists I have had before always made it a point to tell you everything you are doing wrong with your teeth during your appointment, but not Chantal. She is always super complimentary and friendly. Lois is the ultimate expert of the office. Dr. Heringer always makes a point to greet each patient, even if he isn't examining me that day. I have also had the pleasure of having some reconstructive work done by Dr. Heringer. He is at the top of his game in the cosmetic dentistry arena. Thank you all for continuing to take excellent care of me!

They say you can tell a lot about a person’s character by how they treat others. Dr. Heringer is so kind and complimentary to his staff, it made me feel good just listening to them interact. Dr. Heringer and his entire staff are highly focused on the patient from the minute you walk into the reception area until you are walking out the door. I absolutely love Heringer Dentistry! Every single person that works there is so friendly and always makes sure you have a great experience. The staff is very knowledgeable! Dr Heringer is super nice and I LOVE my hygienist I’ve had there for several years!! The receptionists always work so hard to make sure you get into an appointment that works with your schedule. And they are so great at answering insurance questions and giving price estimates for the work they will be doing so there are no surprises when the bill comes. I have been going here since I was a kid and now my kids go here as well!
