Brend Dental

Stopped doing business with this dentist. I moved dental offices and their office refused request to send over a a copy of my dental records to another office. The other office said that they never have seen this before. Very unprofessional.

Had a awesome visit today for my 7 year old. My daughter doesn't like dentists, shes had bad experience in the past, and Megan informed her of everything she was doing step by step. Didn't think we would get done what we did, especially cause it was the 1st visit, but my daughter was a trooper and Megan was wonderful, we got our filling. Best dentists my family has ever had.

I had a disappointing experience with this office due to poor communication and customer service. I scheduled an appointment with a specific hygienist but was not informed that the hygienist had been changed. Additionally, I never received a confirmation call, so I reached out to confirm the appointment myself. Surprisingly, they called my husband to confirm, even though it was my appointment. When I followed up to confirm I would be seeing the hygienist I requested, I was told that this would not be the case. As a result, I decided to reschedule the appointment on short notice. I was hoping that the office would waive any last-minute cancellation fees, but I later received a call informing me that I owed $100 in "no-show" fees—$50 for both myself and my child. I believe this situation could have been handled much better with clear communication and a focus on customer service. When a patient requests a specific provider, it’s reasonable to expect to be informed of any changes in advance, just as you would in other professional settings.

How do they find the nicest people in Bismarck and get them all in one place? Seriously, from someone who has had terrible experiences with other dentists and basically given up.... everyone here is awesome! From the moment you walk in you know you are in the right place. They are so genuinely kind, starting when you check in. The ladies in the front are so sweet, they make your anxiety just melt away. Dr Megan and her staff are all so wonderful. They are incredibly compassionate and gentle. The quality of her work is second to none. I was a difficult case, but she never made me feel like I was. They went over and beyond for me. We have now gone to Brend dental for 8 years! I could not be happier with the service or treatment of staff! They have worked on my kids, and my husband and my teeth and they have been amazing!

The staff at Brend Dental are incredible! When looking for a new dentist in Bismarck I read good reviews about Brend Dental and it was close to my apartment so I decided to give it a try and I’m so glad I did. I would recommend them to anyone! They were very friendly throughout my visit, the receptionists helped me with any questions I had. When looking over my teeth and cleaning they explained everything they were doing as they did it and explained why some areas were more sensitive. I’ve never had a dentist that was that attentive during my visit. Amazing staff!

This is the best dental office I've ever been to! Dr. Megan is wonderful. She is compassionate, gentle, and her work is impeccable. I've never had such great dental care! All of the staff I encountered at Brend Dental was top notch! The office is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now that I've discovered Brend Dental!
