You know, for having a tooth extraction...it wasn’t that bad of an experience. Compared to my first one at a different dentistry the staff here made it seem like a cake walk. I later went back in for a cleaning and cavity filling. Both procedures were done professionally and friendly.
Went here for 3 years. Never had a good experience but kept going because a close friend referred me. Had a cavity which they never filled because it was too tiny. Switched dentists because I felt like something was weird with them not filling a cavity for 3 years and turns out it's actually a really deep cavity and may need a root canal. Def never returning to this dentist
I saw Dr. Gilbert for a full exam, and he sent me away with a clean bill of health---no work needed---and I didn't believe him. I have bad teeth genes. I *always* need work. I saw another dentist, and he found that I needed four fillings. He showed me the evidence then and there with x-rays and ordinary photos on a big TV right in the exam room. There was no denying it. I could see the cavities with my own eyes. I needed those fillings. And they started to hurt too. I had already made an appointment, and they didn't hurt when I had the exam. But the cavities started to hurt later. And thank God I already had an appointment scheduled for those fillings. I think Dr. Gilbert was just lazy and negligent. Cavities don't form that fast. That stuff takes time. And I had both of these exams within about 8 weeks. I recommend Magic City instead.
Dr Gilbert is very polite and gentle and he's very caring and very efficient..I love my dentures I have to get use to them!! Thank you Doc and the staff is great too!!
Dr. Gilbert is amazing, his sense of humor and compassionate attitude really makes going to the dentist a nice experience. The staff has wonderful customer service skills.
Just checked out the office to see if it was clean and/or make sure it wasn't sketchy. It's in the historic district with a nice building. Inside was nice and clean and staff was friendly. Will post another review after my appointment.
As a new patient my first appointment had 4teeth removed and working on 3more Was in and out in 20mins loved the staff friendly and he was funny
