RiverStone Health Dental

The staff at RiverStone Dental are out of this world! They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. I felt like a patient and not just a number. The procedure was simple and painless. The results were better than I ever imagined. I just cannot say enough about RiverStone Dental.

I've gone 3 times now, I believe. I am very impressed withe the service there. The ladies in the front are very helpful and polite. The assistants have all been great, and the cavities the dentist had corrected were done quickly and professionally. I only wish that they would do more complex procedures on the regular. Riverstone as a whole is 👍 👌. Thank you guys.

This place sucks and they don’t do appointments. They half ass everything. It’s a joke to walk into here and barely get treated like a human they need to do better because this bar is lower then low

I had another enjoyable visit to Riverstone Dental,,, the girls at the desk are friendly, kind and helpful,, the assistant was very good and Dr Mastel, is so gentle, caring and thorough! This dental clinic is better than most i have encountered! I highly recommend them.

My 2 recent visits to Riverstone Dental were a very pleasant experience. From the initial phone call I was treated with dignity, respect and compassion. The staff was exceptional from the front desk to assistants and the dentist, as well as for other staff I encountered on my way to dental. The procedures I had were not simple to me, but Dr. MASTEL WAS SO GENTLE AND KIND ,as was every other person which made it easier for someone with dental anxiety...

I recently had a cleaning with Callie,,, every employee from the desk to the chair and back were kind and courteous,, Callie was her usual sweet, kind and professional self,, she is so gentle and cautious in dealing with special problems I have with my mouth and gums!! Riverstone dental is a cut above for dental care!!!

I've been going here for years and always had great experiences, I even found a dentist here that changed my life...Dr Wray. He was the first dentist since middle school that mentioned to me I could get my front tooth crown updated, it was porcelain and extremely noticeable but no other dentist mentioned it could be redone. He literally helped me to get it redone to where it became unnoticed! I was 24 years old and was left in tears with how great it looked and how identical it was to my other tooth! Once he left I was bounced around to different doctors here. Not one of them have a care in the world about you or your smile. They're half ass with all the work and cheap. The front desk women have so much attitude, I had a cleaning and was called the day before my appointment which I missed due to having a newborn and being so busy at home I hadn't called to confirm (mind you I havent missed appointments here ever and always called to confirm until this 1 time) they called me again the next morning when I was getting ready to go to the appointment scurrying around to make it on time which I didn't notice the missed call until I made it to the parking lot where I was getting ANOTHER call from them and at that point I was thinking well I'm here on time so I'll go in and check in. I got inside to check in and the front desk gave me so much disrespect for not confirming the appointment to which I explained I've been so busy with my baby and just haven't been able to get to my phone and they just made me feel incorrect for it all. I just explained I never miss appointments and I typically confirm and I also made the appointment on time. She rolled her eyes and the dental assistant was standing there listening and when the assistant called me back for my appointment she was so extremely aggressive and rude the entire exam I had, I felt so uncomfortable and considered just walking out. The doctor came to talk to me for like 2 mins before making my concerns feel not important. I left super uncomfortable and confused like I did something wrong...I will never return here, I found Dr Wray and will go to his office instead. This place really went downhill and I'm not sure why.
