I had an excellent experience at Grand Ave Dental Care. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease as soon as I walked in. I needed to have a tooth extraction, and they explained everything thoroughly, ensuring I was comfortable and understood what to expect. The procedure was quick and painless. The doctor was very professional, and his assistant was caring and attentive, they provided great aftercare instructions. I highly recommend this practice for anyone needing dental work.

Absolutely LOVE this dentist’s office! Dr Ross has been fixing up my neglected teeth and he is hands down the best dentist out there. Along with his amazing assistants and staff the office itself is cozy and comfortable. Always immaculately clean and the procedure room has a tv to watch to keep you distracted from the maniac drilling into your mouth 🤣. I’m just playing they are genuinely the best people and the best dentist in Billings. I have an intense fear of the dentist and it kept me from seeing one for YEARS! I made an appointment here and they make sure you are completely comfortable and ok with the procedure before they even start. They were so understanding and took amazingly great care of me. I would absolutely recommend, more like INSIST that you switch or start going to Grand Ave Dental! Can’t say enough about how great this place is!!! Annual exam with Dr. Ross and teeth cleaning with Ashley. Office is clean & comfortable, staff professional & friendly & Dr. Ross is hands down best dentist in town, competent & caring. Never had a root canal go so smoothly and painless. Thank you Dr. Ross!

Office staff are very professional and friendly. They made me feel welcome and important. Hailey the med tech was so professional and was very helpful with her knowledge. Dr Honnaker was very nice and told me my options about my mouth issue. He was very professional and understanding to my concerns. Neither one rushed me through my appointment. After the dentist answered my questions he left. Hailey and I continued talking about the game plan for the next 2 weeks. If its not working she ask me to call her and we will figure something else out. I would recommend this business to anyone's who needs a great dentist and a friendly staff.
