Highly recommend Billings West Dental! As former dental assistant I had high expectations going in for my new patient appointment. Dr. Low and his team exceeded my expectations. If I could add 5 more stars I would! The entire team at Billings West Dental is incredible. From the minute I stepped in the door I felt welcomed. Everyone is so kind, friendly, and personable. With someone with dental anxiety, every visit has been a breeze and each step was explained thoroughly! My comfort was a main priority and I felt so valued as a patient! I expressed a few cosmetic concerns to Dr. Low, and he went above and beyond to perfect my teeth for my wedding day. I truly can’t recommend this office enough!

All of the staff at Billings West Dental incredibly nice and wonderful to work with! They made scheduling easy and did an amazing job with my cleaning and treating sensitivity. Additionally, I was scheduling an appointment expecting it to be several weeks out but they managed to get me in much faster after a cancellation. Will definitely be using them as my primary dentist from now on and would recommend to anyone!

We decided to get the whole family going to one place. 2 adults and 3 kids. I can say we all love this place! All the hygienists are top notch. They are great about scheduling and following up with insurance. Dr. Low is great about a conservative treatment approach and doesn’t push unnecessary procedures, which I appreciate. 10 out of 10!

I recently moved to Billings and needed to find a new dentist. I picked Billings West Dental because I had a good feeling about it when I looked them up on Google search. I'm glad I went with them. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and they made sure that all my concerns were taken care of. I'm glad I found them on my first try because nobody likes experimenting with dentists!

This was my first visit here. Great staff. Very thorough and takes their time going over everything. Listens well to your concerns. Will definitely continue going here and highly recommend them!

Never thought l'd say this, but I actually enjoyed going to the dentist. The staff is so nice they almost made me forget someone was poking around my mouth with sharp tools. My teeth are happy, my gums survived, and I left with a free toothbrush. 10/10 would get my cavities judged here again. All jokes aside they truly are the greatest dental office around and I would recommend Dr. Low and his team to anyone in need of a dentist!
