Recepción son un falta de respeto. Y lo peor que el personal gerencias, no atienden los problemas que tienen esas Recepción de check in y out. Que pena!!! Pq los doctores y enfermeras son de lo genial.

I had a great experience at Start Community Health Dental. The office was clean, welcoming, and very well organized. The staff made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. A special shoutout to Monique at the front desk — she was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. From scheduling to check-in, she made everything easy and answered all my questions with a great attitude. Her professionalism and warmth really set the tone for a positive visit. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for quality care and genuinely friendly service!

I had such a wonderful experience at this dental office, and a huge part of that was the amazing woman at the front desk Mariela Rivera. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed, calm, and taken care of. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly organized making check-in quick and stress-free. She went above and beyond answering my questions, helping with scheduling, and even assisting with insurance details without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about patients before they even sit in the chair, but she truly does. Highly recommended!

Dr Heckman and Shannon were amazing! The smoothest tooth extraction ever and my recovery is amazing because of it. They were very nice and made the whole experience very comfortable. Thank you! Also special shout out to the reception ladies - the nicest people! Monique 🫶

Monique at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. She explained everything clearly, made sure I understood next steps, and treated me with respect and care. Her attitude made a stressful visit feel much easier, and it was obvious she truly cares about patients. Star Community Health is lucky to have her.

My experience at Star Community Dental has been awesome. I appreciate and love all the work that was done on my mouth. I had an absolute great experience with Dr. Peter Ong and his dental assistant Izzy. Dr. Ong fixed my front tooth which was cracked and failed to fix by many many other dentist offices. & Izzy is amazing at both her job and patient satisfaction. At the end of my appointment she blew my son a hand balloon which made him so happy . Definitely deserved more than 5 stars .
