I love Dr. Majumdar! However the girl at the front desk needs to go. She is rude and incompetent especially when it comes to protecting your personal information. She left my social security number out in the open for an hour on the front desk and when I questioned her I got attitude. She honestly makes me never want to come back here even though the doctor is amazing.

Incompetent front desk and billing staff. They keep telling me that my insurance is not accepted but when you actually do the looking it really is. I went to another dentist and they had the same issues but didn't give up on my daughter that has cavities that haven't been able to be filled for months because of them giving the run around. Unless you do the leg work, this office will not help you beyond the base typing numbers and seeing what immediately pops up. The dentist was great when we used to be able to be seen.... Under the same insurance coverage.

Front staff, billing were horrible. Took them a year to bill our insurance so then got a bill for hundreds. Dr said my son had no cavities so we put braces on him. Come to find out after 3 different dentists (at 3 different locations) all said he still had cavities. We switched dentists after they rescheduled appointments multiple times. Twice I went to the office for the appt (after pulling my son out of school) only to find them closed. I tried to make it work because my kids do like going there but the office became so frustrating it was not worth the headache. They started out great…not sure what happened but would never recommend them again.

The bad reviews are true. I needed to find a new dentist when our insurance plan changed. I called their office to inquire about the policies of restraint I had read in other reviews and they assured me that was not standard practice and we could speak to the dentist about it at our first visit. I called a second time just before our appointment because the paper work they asked me to fill out and bring had a mandatory field to check that I approved the restraint policy. The assured me again that was not a requirement. The morning of the appointments, the front desk staff were nasty and adamant that I needed to agree to the restraint policy. The dentist would not come out and speak with me or see my children (ages 12 & 14 who have gone to the dentist & orthodontist regularly) for the basic cleaning we had scheduled. I walked out and my kids were grateful we left because they were very worried about being restrained for basic dental care. I would caution any parent about subjecting your children to this dentist or wasting your time if they tell you they don't require you to agree to their restraining policy.

Doesn’t care about patients just cares about money. Felt forced and pressured to take unnecessary X-rays every single visit after I expressed over and over my concerns surrounding this due to losing my mom to salivary gland cancer. Then he used her cavity which, was superficial and seen without the X-ray, to degrade me. Continued to go on and scared my daughter to tears over a cavity and didn’t take a single moment to try to explain what it was or comfort her. While I was trying to console her he continued to "stick it to me". Guy doesn’t listen and doesn’t care.

Please if you are reading this prior to deciding to bring your child here choose another pediatric dentist in the Lehigh Valley. I do not take time to write reviews ever so I’m being very selective here because I don’t want anyone to have the experience that we did! My daughter is 5 and needed to have a few fillings and crowns put on her teeth. My daughter did not do well, unfortunately. While I know this isn’t on the dentist I must say the dentist had horrible bedside manner. He was incredibly rude. The restraints that they have for the children are very intense and left my daughter with bruises on her arm. She also screamed so hard she popped blood vessels all over her face. I understand this is a procedure that needs to be done and some kids don’t handle it as well as others but the dentist was so rude and did not handle it well at all for someone that is suppose to specialize in dealing with children. Please don’t take your child here. We have since found a new dentist and so far I’m much happier.
