Everyone here is kind, respectful, and efficient. I appreciate that they thoroughly explain everything and provide me with options, without making me feel pressured or forced into a decision. This allows me the time to consider what is best for me. My children also enjoy their time here; the safe environment has certainly contributed to making it the best experience for them, always ensuring their comfort and happiness.

I am giving them one extra star, simply because they scheduled an emergency appointment for me, for the following day at 9 am. I was called around 8:00am on the day of my appointment, the lady was a bit frantic and asked me to come in as soon as possible despite us clearly scheduling for 9 am. I told her I was leaving my house right away & she did not even thank me- she was just rude & short and said ok in a very off-putting tone. When I arrived, the front desk woman was speaking to another patient, so I waited for help. She randomly said, "your copay is $75" She didn't say hello or try to get my attention, I was reading a poster & then when I looked up, she just said again, "your copay is $75" She never said hello to me, asked my name (to figure out which patient I was etc), she just kept repeating herself with zero social skills or sense of customer relations. It was a very strange experience.

As someone who is extremely fearful of the dentist and needles they were so kind and very supportive. Jeannie was so wonderful through the entire procedure and held my hand and made me feel so comfortable ❤️ they got me and took care of my dental issues! The doctor was fast and efficient and had a light hand. They have affordable pricing and in house insurance as well! Definitely 5 Stars and I would recommend to anyone! Especially if you have dental fears! They were all so nice!! Thank you

The entire staff is wonderful and made me feel comfortable! Dr. Ajay fixed a filling for me, it was done quickly and without any pain for me, and Melissa and Jeannie were so helpful and kind!
