The dentists, hygienists and office people are people who clearly love what they do. You are always greeted with a smile. My family has been going here for years and feel confident putting our trust in Dr Parsons and his team. The office is run very efficiently and you never have to wait long for your appointment. We recommend this office to anyone who expects excellence!

I have been a patient here for over a decade. I can not say enough on how much I truly appreciate the entire office staff and all they have done. Always greeted warmly and are always kind and professional, not to mention well organized and the office runs extremely well. Michele is my go to for my cleanings and she does an amazing job. Dr. Parsons is my primary dentist, but I've had I've also had work done by Dr. Owens. Both are awesone at what they do. Top notch, professional and caring dentistry. Dare I say, I don't mind going to the dentist because I know I am well cared for.

I am so happy to have chosen Bethlehem Smiles as my choice of dentist. I usually see Dr Owens and she is wonderful - warm, kind, always a smile! But actually I find all the staff the same. The office exudes a warmth of caring and a well placed confidance in the expertise of the doctors, technicians and office staff. I actually find myself smiling when I walk into the office. The office decor is pleasant and clean. The furniture is inviting and comfortable. But best of all is the staff - everyone from the receptionist to the dentists. My previous dentist was also great in his experience, knowledge and made me very comfortable. However, I needed additional dental work and needed to find a dentist who was able to address all my dental needs. In addition, I was happy to find a dental office with multiple dentists providing more availability during the week if I should need it. I found everything my previous dentist provided and more!

I met Dr. Parsons on my first visit to Bethlehem Smiles. Even as an adult I truly do have anxiety from childhood experiences with the dentist. I was able to express my anxieties and he was understanding and kind. Answers my questions, ask a few questions, and made the experience of going to the dentist less stress-filled. The staff is very kind, work with your schedule and make you feel welcome.

I have been a patient of Dr. Owens for almost 3 years. Dr. Owens is an amazing dentist and gave me a beautiful smile. Dr. Owens is kind, professional and very caring. On my first visit I told her that I was terrified of dentists! Dr. Owens changed my perception of dental care and provided excellent dental work. The staff at the office are wonderful too. A special shout out to Karla for always 'being there' and providing excellent support and dental care. Thanks to Lynn and Barbara for helping as we navigated the 'business end' of this journey.
