I had a great experience from start to finish at this office. The reception staff was warm, welcoming, and very organized—they made check-in quick and easy and were happy to answer any questions I had. Sabrina was just as helpful and professional, making sure everything was handled efficiently while still being kind and personable. It really made the whole visit feel smooth and stress-free. The dentist, Dr Mac, was excellent—thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I felt comfortable the entire time and appreciated how attentive and knowledgeable they were. Overall, a very positive experience. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for friendly staff and quality dental care!

I have been going to Bethlehem Dental since I was a child. For many years I saw Dr. Dobrowolski who started the practice, then transitioned to the 3 great dentists that took over since then. Dr's MacMillan, Falco and Jepson are all very good. They are gentle, skilled and ethical.

Absolutely would recommend! Dr Jepson is so knowledgeable and he took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment so I understood the process. He handled my case with care and professionalism. The front desk & hygienists are all friendly and helpful.

my first appointment went super well. no complaints there. they scheduled me for 3 appointments in advance due to the amount of work i needed done on my mouth. I called today to see if they had an earlier appointment and they did not due to no cancelations so i confirmed i would be able to go at my scheduled time. unfortunately life happens and i had an emergency with my child and couldn’t make it. they told me to cancel my appointment it would be $75 and then i would be able to reschedule and keep my other appointments. I was upset that 1 nobody told me if i cancelled same day i would get charged a fee. I was also more upset at the fact that they didn’t take accountability for that and waive the fee as a courtesy. When i paid the $75 Cassandra then states she will schedule my appointment at my next visit , when she just said if I paid the amount to cancel i would be able to reschedule. Then she goes and proceeds to say they only schedule 2 appointments and that they were being " nice " and did 3 for me ? that did it for me. Cassandra also hung up the phone on me while i was speaking because i told her after she told me that i could pay the $75 to reschedule now all of a sudden i have to wait for my 2nd appointment, and that i was not gonna get off the line until my appointment was rescheduled. no thank you. I will be switching my offices.

The whole of the staff are amazing, non judgemental, very thorough, professional, and kind. Dr. Jepson is the man. Would recommend anyone who needs dental work done to go to Bethlehem Dental care, they truly do care.
