Kimberlee and Dr. Subramanian took great care of me and truly helped ease a lot of anxiety I had going into my visit. Even the front desk were kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I do have to deduct some points due to billing discrepancies. I was originally quoted $201 for the work. As I was signing paperwork, the front desk mentioned adding a $50 deductible, which somehow brought the total to $301.90 — nearly $100 more than the original quote. When I returned the next day for the services, I was ultimately charged $354.40. According to the treatment plan, pricing was valid for up to 30 days, and no one explained the difference in pricing or billing changes. While the clinical care was excellent, the lack of transparency around costs left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended. Clear communication about billing would have made the experience much better overall.

I’ve had several visits now to have crowns on two teeth. The experience has been beyond belief! Absolutely no pain from start until Novocain wore off. None! Dr. Subramanian is friendly and puts you at ease. His assistant (I cannot recall her name 🫤) is also very competent and explains the procedures well. I’ve had very good dentists for many years, and Fusion is excellent.

I found all the staff and Dr. Subramanian to be very approachable, compassionate, very gentle, open, and extremely helpful in addressing my issue during the visit and during their examination. The use of the new technology certainly made the exam and work they performed efficient. Highly highly recommend! 😁 I went in for deep cleaning and 2 crowns.

Greeted warmly, seamless check-in process, office accommodated my busy schedule by booking my consultation and cleaning back to back. Everyone is super kind and patient. Highly recommend!

Fusion Dental was great! From the receptionist to the dentists was inventing and helpful. Only giving the 4 stars for the facility isn’t self, needs some updates.

I have been a patient at Fusion Dental for 15 years and have always had a great experience. I love that someone always picks up the phone when I call, the text notifications are great, the front staff is helpful and pleasant, and I’ve have a great dental care.
