Enchanted Hills Dentistry and Orthodontics

My first stop was for X-rays using this office’s digital state of the art technology. Totally painless & professional. Andrea, the BEST dental hygienist in the business, DILIGENTLY and always professional TOOK CARE OF CLEANING MY TEETH AND proactively looking for any future problems or taking care of any new conditions. I do my best in taking care of my dental health. All was completed with Andrea in a timely manner. I did experience an unanticipated wait to see Dr. Graziano that no one mentioned or could explain. I knew he had reviewed my X-rays and other input. I was surprised at how little time he spent quickly looking at my teeth with little conversation and felt he was being rushed. We have been patients here for several years. Outcome all good for now and as long as that continues, it’s all good.

My wife and I had an examination and cleaning appointment with Enchanted Hills Dentistry on 04/27 2026. We had very little waiting time before we were seen. The technicians who attended us were very professional and courteous. Dr. Graziano reviewed the results of the xray scans and oral treatment that we received. He explained the areas of concern for future treatment and we look forward to our next visit in six months.

I called Enchanted dentistry to inquire if they accepted my insurance, and I spoke with the receptionist, Jaylee. She checked, and let me know that they did accept my insurance, so I scheduled an appointment for two weeks later. When I got there for my appointment, the receptionist, Aricela, Was very rude to me! She said that they did not accept my insurance, and she made me wait in the waiting room until she checked my insurance! After waiting one hour, I was allowed to be examined by the dentist, Dr. Wong. Dr. Wong assured me that I would not be charged for my exam, and was very nice. I called back to ask about making an appointment with the Endodontist, and no one called me for a week. I had to keep calling, and calling, until I finally talked with the initial receptionist, Jaylee. I’m not sure what happened, but Jaylee informed me that I would have to pay almost $400, after my insurance, to get the work done that I need. This review is mainly about the Receptionist, Araceli, and how she was so unprofessional, and very rude to me. I hope that patients there aren’t treated as badly as I was, and overcharged. It was an awful experience!

Just called to get an appointment and was told they could not schedule me...not even in the future. I have been there before for almost $2000 worth of dental work. I did miss an appointment a few weeks ago because I was sick. They said that I would have better luck calling on a day I think I can come in to see if they have a cancelation but, again, refused to schedule me for an appointment, even months from now. It felt like retaliation for missing my previous appointment. I'll be looking elsewhere. And looking at other reviews, it seems like they just copy and paste their responses to negative reviews, so I'm not sure who's running this place.

I normally do not commend a dentist, but in this case, he did a terrific job that amounted to $14,000 for me! He is professional and compassionate and I highly recommend Dr. Bryan Graziano to anyone!!! I am a Vietnam DAV and Bryan is a young (37) year old great guy and great dentist! My wife and I have been visiting Enchanted Hills Dentistry and Orthodontics for some time. Each time we go, they ask us to pay money upfront before even evaluating us for a cleaning. The cleaning should be covered by our insurance; however, they request $80 to $100 for additional work before examining us. Additionally, they send bills that later turn out to be "mistakes" when I call to question them. This has happened more than once. Based on our experience, this practice does not seem honest, and it feels like they are charging people for additional services unnecessarily. Also when I call to discuss this they hang up on me.

My experience was pretty good here. It was about 8 years since my last dental visit, and I know I had some gum recession. They got me scheduled for a cleaning, and we split them up into two visits. They handled all the insurance stuff, which is great. My first visit with Dr. Wong was great, maybe some white coat syndrome for my vitals, but otherwise it was good. She was kind and knowledgeable. Also, congrats on the upcoming newborn. My second visit was my first cleaning with AJ. I thought he was perfect, kind, and awesome. I almost asked for him again specifically; he made me feel comfortable. My third visit was with Andrea, who is pretty freaking cool. We talked about kids, New Mexico, and other things. I really liked her demeanor and professionalism. I'm pretty happy I went here and started to get my teeth back in good health. I do have two more visits, and if they go sideways, I will update my review. However, I do not anticipate this happening.
