I took my husband to Dental Story- Berkeley Dentistry. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. They made it possible for my husband to get the care he needed even though he is a wheelchair bound patient. Dr. Daniel Chen was very patient and attentive to my husband inquiries. He explained all the procedures to be done for him. It was a very productive visit. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I had truly the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and genuinely cared for. The entire team was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly considerate throughout the appointment. I tend to get a little nervous at the dentist, but they immediately put me at ease. Everything was explained clearly and patiently, and they continued to check in about my comfort level and how they could help me feel safe throughout the appointment. It’s rare to find a practice that combines expertise with this level of warmth and attentiveness. I’m so grateful to have found them and would highly recommend them!

I’ve had a consistently great experience here for regular cleanings and checkups. Appointments are easy to schedule, costs are clearly explained, and their insurance handling is smooth. I paid upfront and had no issues getting reimbursed. The hygienist does an excellent, and thorough cleaning. I really appreciate that there’s no upselling, issues are explained clearly, and decisions are left to you. Cost estimates have also been accurate. Highly recommend this practice!

I will start by saying I've had several bad experiences with other dentists in the past, so I wanted to thoroughly vet this one before doing this review. The team at Your Dental Story are truly awesome. The office is very busy, so there may be a bit of a wait, however the service was well worth the wait. The Dentist was thorough, gentle, and honest. The rest of the staff were all very accommodating and helped me to sign up for their insurance to reduce my out of pocket costs. I went to 3 separate visits and all were the same standard of care. I can see why they are so busy and have such great reviews.

Over the past few months, I've had several bad experiences with dentists—traumatic, I'd say. My fears were erased by the kindness and patience with which I was treated. Dr. Daniel is a highly skilled dentist who respected my anxieties, took his time, and quickly made me feel safe. I arrived in pain and left pain-free and satisfied, confident that I can trust my dentist again.
