Love it here. Staff is excellent and am always impressed by the care. They made my fillings and minor surgeries simple and painless. And Sonya is such a good front desk receptionist! Always on it with claim statuses and scheduling. All-star team 👏🏼

The team here at the office is SO friendly. Going to the dentist does not feel like a chore when I come in from my cleanings, thank goodness! Dr. Wong and team gave me a fantastic teeth cleaning and I most definitely will be back! The x-rays were really fast too.

I have been seeing Dr. Citron since I moved to Berkeley 3 years ago. We started seeing him during the pandemic, a time when taking off my mask indoors made me pretty uncomfortable. Luckily, Dr. Citron is not only a great dentist, he's a delightful person. This year I had an unexpected issue come up, and they fit me in right away to get it checked out at no charge. I can't recommend them more highly.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. This was a first time visit with a broken crown. They fit me in to their busy schedule. The staff members were great and Dr. Citron was very kind and thorough with his explanations. I will definitely come back and recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a dentist.

I've had the pleasure of being Dr. Citron's patient for a very long time. I've always been so pleased with everyone's professionalism, kindness and thoroughness. I feel very lucky to have them as my dental team and hope to carry on the tradition for my son. Dr. Citron, Chloe and Sonja are the BEST.

Update: Dr. Citron resolved the situation. He replaced the broken crown and also fixed the molar directly below it. Thank you! I was treated by the part time employee not Dr Citron. Temporary crown was not done well - too wide so I constantly bit my tongue when chewing. Then it fell off after an hour and I was asked to just find someone closer to home to glue it back on. Dr Citron picked up the phone and asked me to come in so he could glue it back. Then he had to do a new one because it was so ill fitting. Then part timer reshaped the bottom molar to prevent the new permanent crown above it from cracking. Guess what it still cracked. Now my lower molar is sensitive due to the procedure to shave it down. I didn’t want it done but she insisted. Also, she took forever to remove the temporary crown that was put in after my root canal. The tech siphoning just jammed it so far in I gagged. First time in all the offices I have ever visited. Dr Citron was nice. He replaced the poorly done temporary. Sonja was great too. Too bad I got the mediocre Part timer.
