Dr. Erwin Yeh DDS

I've been going here for few years. I was supposed to have a cleaning today. I took time off of work. It takes me 25 minutes in good traffic to drive here from where I live. Today there was construction that Google maps did not flag, so it took me 40 minutes to drive to the office today. I called to let them know I'd be a little late because I was stopped in traffic due to construction. They said as long as I wasn't more than 15 minutes late, they could do the cleaning. I was 12 minutes late, and when the receptionist asked the dental hygenist if she would see me, she refused. Wow. What inflexibility and lack of compassion.

Dr. Yeh saw me very last minute because I had a terrible toothache and I’m from out-of-town. He and his staff were caring accommodating and worked with kindness and knowledge. I had to get the tooth extracted and he took care of it on the spot- which was what needed to happen. He was gentle and informative as to what was happening. I had a great experience with Dr. Yeh and so will you! Thanks Dr. Yeh!!

I had a very poor experience with this place. Went in for tooth pain, got sent to a specialist. The specialist spends 10 minutes with me, performs the same tests that Dr. Yeh did, charges me $250, tells me I don't need to be there, and refers me back to get fillings at Dr. Yeh's office. Frustrating, but that's fine.I get healthcare works like that sometimes. I called his office later that day to discuss next steps and setting up the next appointment - and have a bizarrely rude and patronizing conversation with Rose at the front desk. Don't hear back. Try again and get someone more professional on the phone the second time, but once again am ghosted. Just throwing my hands up and finding another dentist to help me with my problem at this point. Don't recommend working with this one.

We were patients of his predecessor, Dr. Boriskin, and we feel lucky that Dr. Yeh has ably filled his shoes. Patient, kind, and knowledgeable, I highly recommend him, particularly for his conservative (not rushing in to do procedures that might not be necessary) approach. We have had to move away, we're looking for a new dentist as good as Dr. Yeh. I hope we get lucky again.

Today was my first visit to Dr. Yeh. I've had good and bad dentists over the years, so when it was time to find a new dentist I was apprehensive. Dr. Yeh is great - I have found my new dentist. He pays attention to detail and explains everything very well. Diana was my hygienist and she did a great job - way less discomfort than I'm used to...It was almost enjoyable, even. Both them and the office staff are extremely nice and you can tell it is a happy workplace. I'll be back in six months for a cleaning and many more after that.

I have had two appointments with Dr. Yeh. Scheduling was easy and friendly. I very much appreciate Dr. Yeh's letting me know, clearly and calmly, everything he was going to do, as well as explaining what was needed (overall) very clearly. High recommend.

Their website instructs new patients to submit a request via a web form, not to call. However, it took them a month to respond to my request, and the first thing they tried to do was sell me other services before I could schedule a cleaning. Hard pass, too many red flags.
