THANK YOU!! I had a permanent retainer come undone on one side. It's been in for 10 years and my original orthodontist is out of state. I called around town and got quotes from $600-$2000 just to have it glued in! Luckily another office recommended Smile. I was able to get in 2 weeks and they helped me glue it in for $50! I can't thank them or recommend them enough for this service.

Horrible service. I only went once, and I had another appointment scheduled for December 15. Two days before that appointment, they called to cancel because the staff member lost my paperwork for my expander. She said she forgot about it because she went on vacation. I have called many times since then to ask when my next appointment will be, and no one has answered or followed up even once. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

I reached out to Smile Central Oregon to be seen after having an unfortunate experience elsewhere. I explained that I wanted my braces removed given that I was in a significant amount of pain over 9 months, have pokey wires every 3 weeks, bracket doors continuously popping open, have significant difficulty eating, speaking, and an overall terrible experience. I was advised that they would NOT remove another orthodontist braces because its a professional courtesy. What happened to putting the patient first and having high medical ethics? I reached out to you for help just to be turned away due to your need to maintain a professional network.

I have had nothing but good experiences here. So glad there is a business like this to help out lower income families.
