Always such a pleasant experience when I see Ponderosa Family Dental for my regular cleaning. The staff is always so welcoming, and they treat you like you're family. They also always explain what you may need right away for your dental health, and what you might be able to wait on - which I truly appreciate. The dentist, Dr. Ben as well as my hygienist, Haylie always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable each time I'm on that chair. Love this place!! Haylie is amazing and the entire staff is super chill. Haylie gave me a great teeth cleaning today and was aware of some changes in my teeth from the last time I saw her. Good looking out Haylie thank you!
Brooke is a great hygienist. Very through with finesse like I’ve never experienced. And I had a crown that was done in one visit.
It was my 1st time to the dentist in a few yrs. I was very nervous going in and relaxed when I came out. Everyone was so lovely! The hygienist, Brooke was Amazing as well as Dr. Ben. Thank you for being gentle and kind. I'm not absolutely dreading my next appt 😆 highly recommended this place!!
