Dr. Bradley W. Hester, DMD

I am heartbroken. I researched dentists before I set foot in a dentist office and landed in Bend Family Dentistry. Dr Theda knew I had been traumatized by previous experiences and I thought we understood everything that needed to be done. We agreed on upper dentures and a lower partial. Everything was fine until this May when I tried to make my final appointment. Her assistant would not allow me to make an appointment only repeating that "you have been referred to another dentist" to every question I had. Dr. Theda has been paid over $8000.00 over the past 6 month for this INCLUDING this partial. I have been left mutilated with zero recourse. NIGHTMARE

I have been going to Dr Hester for over 6 years now. I have had terrible dental issues and him and his staff have been there for me every step of he way. His assistant Amy Parker is not only friendly but she makes me feel at ease and like I'm at home. Being in the dentist chair is no longer difficult for me because of Dr Hester and Amy. Dr Hester is not only quick he is efficient and before I know it I'm done. I will be a forever patient and continue to refer all My friends and family here. Thank you Bend family dentistry ! And a special shout out to Amy for being so amazing !

One of my good friends referred me to Dr. Hester for my ongoing dental issues. I used to be very anxious with any dental procedure but I don't even get nervous any longer now that I'm a patient of Dr. Hesters. Amy Parker is always there to take care of me, from getting me settled, to explaining what will be happening and is always making sure that I am comfortable. She has become a friend and a friendly face in a place that I'm not always excited about going to. Dr. Hester and his team are wonderful and professional! I am very thankful for Amy and everyone there!

I went in this afternoon super apprehensive after not seeing a dentist since 2005 from a bad dental experience. They made me feel very comfortable and ease. Dr Hester has a great vibe and is a very big man! He will have no issues getting my teeth out if need be😊 The whole appointment was great from beginning to end. Dr. Hester and his staff are great. Nicole and Adam made me comfortable and kept me informed the whole time, no matter how many questions I asked! When I finally got my crowns, they cried with me because they really went on this journey with me and cared so much. It meant so much.

I had the best experience with Dr Hester and his staff, from the time I got there to the time I left. Very personable professional staff. I don't get get nervous going to the dentist but if I did this staff aND Dr would make you feel at ease. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Hester is great. His staff is amazing! Tianna is my favorite hygienist. She works with my limits and is extremely patient. Bend Family Dentistry is the best!
