I love this Dentist facility for my granddaughter. They are so good with her. She isn't quite 4 and they didn't an amazing job fixing her teeth for us.

My child was very nervous about getting a filling, and the team was wonderful. They explained everything they were doing, gave him plenty of time to get comfortable, and even dimmed unnecessary lights to help him relax. They accommodated some of his requests and let him look at and touch the tools, so he knew what to expect. Their patience and kindness made a huge difference—highly recommend!

This place is so clean and I love how kind the staff is. Shout out to Gracie who was so gentle with my little guy. My little issue with this place is that some of staff could be a bit gentler with the youngest clients. I've had nearly perfect experiences here besides that.

Cortney, Dr. Woolsey and Rick the anesthesiologist went above and beyond. My daughter does not like the dentist but they got on her level and welcomed her in and made her feel comfortable. She had the best experience in what is an uncomfortable atmosphere for her. It is no longer an uncomfortable place for her she was excited to come in. It was her first time going under anesthesia and she did an amazing job because of them. Great job team. Highly recommend Deschutes Pediatrics!!

While the front office staff was welcoming and efficient, my experience with the dentist was concerning. I found her approach to be overly aggressive in recommending procedures that seemed unnecessary for my situation. It created a distinct impression that the focus was more on profit than on patient-centered care. For those seeking a dental practice where the patient's immediate needs and comfort are the top priority, I would recommend exploring other options.
