Cornerstone Family Dentistry

I scheduled what I understood to be a routine cleaning appointment as a new patient. When I arrived, the visit was exam-only and no cleaning was performed. I was then informed that the earliest available cleaning appointment would not be for approximately 9 months, which was not disclosed when scheduling. Because the exam consumed one of my limited insurance oral evaluation benefits, I then had to go to another provider four days later to actually receive a cleaning. The associated oral evaluation at that visit became non-covered, resulting in an out-of-pocket expense. This may be the office’s standard process for new patients, but it was not clearly communicated in advance. If you are scheduling as a new patient expecting a cleaning, I would strongly recommend confirming exactly what services will and will not be performed during the appointment.

Dr. DiGuilio is the most thorough dentist I have seen in Central Oregon. I have seen others and no one is as thorough as she is! I also like Ashley, and after having her clean your teeth, you will be comparing everyone else to her and they will most likely fall short! A shout out to Mary Rose for getting me in so quickly to have my concerns addressed.Thank you all!

I just had my teeth cleaned and I’ve spent thousands on my teeth. First time at Cornerstone. Out of all the times I’ve had my teeth cleaned (I’m in my 60’s) definitely the best job ever! My teeth are so white! I can’t believe other hygienist couldn’t do the job like this hygienist did. I’m super happy and will never have my teeth cleaned by anyone else again.

Fabulous team at Cornerstone Dentistry. First time having my teeth examined and they did any amazing consultation. Can’t wait to see them in February for more service on correcting my teeth and making my smile even larger. 😁

Absolutely phenomenal cleaning. Hadn’t slept all night fighting off a migraine so I could make my dental appointment. Hygienist was so thoughtful and tender, careful not to hurt my already sore gums. Highly recommended. Profound professionalism.

You and her team are awesome. I recently went in to have a crown replaced which could have ended in a tooth extraction. Dr. Yoli worked her magic and saved my tooth. If you're looking for a personable, talented, caring dental team, don't look any further. Highly recommended!
