Little Bites Pediatric Dentistry

I don’t normally write reviews but I figured I needed to for this dentist . We are military and have gone to many many dentist. This one is by far one of the best. They always take all 4 of my kids at one time. They’re kind, friendly, personable, and fast. We’re out in less than an hour. They listen to me and my kids. Seriously love them!

The check in and paperwork process was super fast and easy. Love the easy tablet at the check in desk to make it go by fast. Dr. Batts and her staff were friendly, calming, and so thorough. I felt reassured and my little one got what she needed without having to spend a ton of time there. They put little touches of love in the whole experience: like having a sign so you can take a picture of your child’s first dental appointment. They make it an all around good experience, which would otherwise be a chore going to the dentist! Thank you Little Bites!

My daughter loved her experience with the staff team. Dr. Tasha was amazing, and Niy was very kind and always willing to help. The reception desk staff were also friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be going back.

I really wanted to like this place. I read reviews and was excited to take my child, and we drove 40 minutes to get there. The receptionist was very friendly. However, they asked me to put a debtor credit card on file. I explained that I wasn’t comfortable doing that . I have insurance, and if anything needed to be paid out of pocket, I would have no problem paying before any treatment was done. The office manager told the receptionist that we couldn’t be seen unless I put a card on file. I respectfully declined and left. I wish I had known or was told of this policy ahead of time. I’ve never had to have a card on file for any other dentist

Great place to bring your kids to for all things dentistry. Lilli and Niy made the kids feel super comfortable during their hygiene cleanings. If I could give 10 stars I would. The atmosphere is so kid friendly and reassuring for parents. Also they reinforced great brushing habits and ACTUALLY told us how to continue to develop good habits! Most doctors and dentists just say they did, but they actually helped and were super knowledgeable. Bring your kids.

This facility is so cute, warm home feeling and had very inviting staff. My daughter we so excited that she got here teeth checked out. Even though they were setting a plan for care, she told me that her teeth felt good after we left. That speaks more than anything. Thank you guys for caring about the environment and atmosphere you create because kids can tell just by walking in you care. ☺️

My son lost one of the silver caps he’s had for several years on a back molar. I was so worried it would be some big, painful, expensive ordeal - or that the tooth would need to be pulled. Called them this morning, and they got us right in. They were able to painlessly cement it back on his tooth and we were back in the car in 30 minutes. Completely the opposite of ordeal. The staff has been kind and helpful for both our visits! Well-worth our drive from Killeen!! Thank you!!!
