Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics - Bellingham, WA

Front desk has always been great, but had an appointment today and showed up early. Did not expect to be taken back early, but if they could then great because I had to get back to work. Appointment time rolls around, then 10 mins after app time, 20 mins, 30 mins, and then I am told they are behind because they only have one dental assistant - why are they booking multiple appointments if they do not have the staff to see everyone at their scheduled time?? I had to leave because nearly 45 mins from my scheduled time had went by and I had not been taken back yet. They are also booking cleanings ONE full year out. Will need to find another dentist with adequate staff.

I’m more than happy to write a 5 star review for Dr. Scott and his team at this Bright Now location. Today, I felt seen, heard and accepted for the first time in a long time from dentists. Dr. Scott is a kind, caring and sincere person as is his staff as well. I trust him, which for me says a lot. I have had nothing but good, honest care and treatment here and feel grateful to be able to come here for my dental work. If you want a "corrective experience" for dental work, come here, they will take good care of of you! Thanks again so much Dr. Scott, Victoria, Brenden and team!

I have had the best experience from the office staff, the assistants and dentists themselves. Everyone is so nice, patient and kind. They are all very thorough in answering questions and communicating your treatment plan and prices.

Excellent service, kind & caring staff, amazing gentle dentist. I highly recommend this practice. As an individual who has had dental trauma and is quite tentative about who I go to I was pleasantly surprised by everyone I met and was treated by. If you have any dental fear you should give them a chance.

Hello my name Is Bria, and this place has excellent food, and my ducks love to eat the bread crumbs outside their establishment. The dentists here are so kind and friendly, and the bathroom has rats.

I greatly appreciate the kindness they showed me! Going to the dentist is never fun but they made me feel well cared for.
