Bree at the front desk has been exceptionally helpful in our experience at Apple Pediatric dentistry. She has followed up with me several times to ensure that all the questions and concerns I’ve had about my children’s dental health were thoroughly addressed. She’s been attentive, thoughtful and pro-active. With her help, we’ve been able to create a solid plan and I feel confident that my children will be well cared for.

Our experience has been wonderful from the time we walk in with the front desk. Dr. Emily is very sweet with the kids patient and very calm which helps easy the kiddos nerves. We’ve always had great experience at Apple Pediatric Dentistry.

My dental insurance initially denied the claim submitted by the dental office due to the need for general anesthesia (GA) to complete dental work. When I called to request a letter from the doctor explaining the medical necessity if the GA, the office completed the request by the next day! When I was unable to locate the email due to being out of network service for a week because of vacation, the office not only resent the email but also gladly provided me a printed copy. Bree, the front office assistant, was extremely helpful and patient with me. I was extremely happy with my experience.

Staff were very welcoming we felt comfortable and by the end of our visit we knew it was the right dentists for ùs.thank you..

My girls are seen here and love it. The place is clean and staff is all very friendly. The doctor answered all my questions, even the ones about myself and took a minute to check on something for me.

Bree has changed everything for our family attending the dentist. She is professional, prompt, helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and cares about you as a person and your oral health care. I cannot remember the last time I was delighted by another person, before interacting with Bree. She is an all-Star addition to the Apple Pediatric team. We're so very glad she is there!
