No me gustó en absoluto que me isieron cambios de horarios de mis citas. Sin consultarme, la muchacha que esta en el tel. Y me aviso asta el día de la cita . Si me habló pero el mismo día de la cita, Cuando yo tenia la cita alas 4:30 pm. Y ella me habla alas 10: 30 am, del mismo día. Cuando Yo en mi trabajo tengo que avisar con una semana de anticipación Cuando ocupo salir temprano antes de mi tiempo de salida, o si ocupo faltar sierto dia, Y lo peor es que quise ir porque me urgía y se negó rotundamente, Y después llame y otra persona me contestó la llamada y me dijo si . Si puede benir,. Pero esta primera me iso de cuadritos el momento y se porto mucho muy ineficiente y altanera & mucho soberbia.

El personal muy amable desde que entras hasta que termina la consulta te explican todo el procedimiento en tu idioma preferido Mil gracias.

We are new to Rosecrans Dental and so far we are very pleased. Yvonne, the dental assistant is extremely, knowledgable and super friendly. My mom has dementia so the experience was scary for her. Yvonne helped to calm & reassure my mother and myself. Yvonne was fantastic!

After trying to oversell me a service I did not need and refusing to give me my 10% that they promise off the services I’ve already had done I stood my ground, I finally got my 10%. That I was promised. Working with the bank it took a process, but the old loan was canceled so we can reflect the new amount. Unfortunately, with the bank, they needed a few days for it to finalize the cancellation before I can reapply for that amount. In the interim, I advise the dental office of that and in intern they gave me a demand that I had 24 hours to get it done or pay them in full. How inappropriate can that be when we’re talking days to get it done and they’re demanding a 24 hour turnaround. I finally got it done, but it took two days. I will never step foot in that place again, because they don’t care about you. They only care about money no respect. And Elizabeth, the gal behind the desk, she’s a façade. She acts like she wants to help you, but she was being very rude and demanding that I must pay in 24 hours. They got paid but it took 2 1/2 days for the bank to clear everything. Not only do they over SELL services, but they treat Customer like a piggy bank. Go to another dentist it is not worth going to them. My son and I will find another dentist that is more reputable and care about their clients.

I love this office the lady's at the front desk are always for friendly, they also are very helpful. I had the beginning of my crown work today with Dr Wu and he and his assistant did a awesome job. I barely felt the numbing injections. I highly recommend!!!

I went to this place for my son orthodontic care where I spend over $3000. I ultimately use the Dentist at this location for my care spending over $$5000. I was promised 10% off of one of my treatments. These guys are crooks. They took that away from me and expects me to pay for that too. They OVER sell Services that you don’t really need and under deliver. I checked with the dental board And discovered that the Dentist had already had disciplinary actions against her. Believe me if I’ve known that beforehand, I would’ve never trusted her with my dental service. I have already filing complaints with the loan company. I can't believe how greedy they are. I do not recommend them at all because they cannot keep their word. It's all about commissions and how much money they can pocket in their wallet. Super disappointed. I finally stood my grounds and got my 10% But will not be going back. And heads up the gal behind the counter Elizabeth she is not your friend. It’s all about money. It’s a façade. She’ll act nice to help you, but at the end of the day she could care less about you and more about their pocketbook.
