La recepcionista yolanda muy mal trato da a los pacientes yo no lo recomiendo

I have had previous problems with this dentist office about using certain products on my daughter last year. It happened again today! I told the assistant no fluoride on my daughter for the cleaning, she proceeds to go in a different room opens a drawer and grabs something comes back in and I asked to check the label. This product contained fluoride as well, so I told her we would not be using this on my daughter. She tells me that they have no other products and would not preform the cleaning. I told her that was fine. I then go to the front to get my next appointment. The lady at the front has me sign a refusal of service but was not specific on paper as to why. I ask her to correct and she was very rude. I also forgot to mention the fact that my Daughter was misgendered multiple times by the assistant, the doctor, and the receptionist. Currently printing out the complaint form sent by the dental board, and changing my daughter’s dental plan. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT COME HERE!

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Do not trust Yolanda, the reception/finance woman. She made my husband take out a credit line for a root canal and crown, she told him that our insurance wouldn't cover them and charged us $1k ahead of time, before doing any procedures! We called our insurance and they cover root canals and a bunch of different crowns, only $95 for us out of pocket! She is now refusing/ just lagging on refunding us the $1k charged for work that had not been done! We have had to ask several times already and every time she said she will but nothing yet. DO NOT GO HERE. My husband also came here two years ago about this same tooth that needed a root canal and was told it was fine. He had to go get a second opinion before the doctor would take him seriously. Then said that he should of had it done years ago and needed to see a specialist because the dentist couldn't get deep enough. AGAiN, FIND ANOTHER DENTIST.

This is the dirtiest dentist clinic I have ever been too. The receptionist desk looked like it hasnt been cleaned for years. The xray film that the dental hygienist tried to put in my mouth had a hair on it which looked like a pubic hair. When I showed her the hair and asked for another one she didn't say anything but came back with another xray film that also looked dirty. The plastic tool that was used also looked dirty. I dont feel like i got a thorough cleaning since it was 10 minutes, no polish or flossing. Dentist was very rough and had water splashing all on my face. I will never return to this dentist and do not recommend to anyone!

I don't like that I settled for this dentist office, they really don't help you out if you have a tooth emergency, they have you going back and forth saying that the insurance hasn't approved of the procedure, the dentist that does this certain procedure is only here on Mondays, I feel like they keep giving me the run around, I got an appointment to come in today at 9am, I arrive then they say that the dentist that I'm suppose to see is not here. I didn't want to judge this dentist office based on the reviews I've been seeing. Now the staff is saying if I want the procedure done quicker, it would be a good idea to pay out of pocket. I had a feeling that comment would come up. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this place.

A decent place to get your teeth checked on. I've experienced nicer places both aesthetically and professionally. There is nothing really bad about this place, just not as modern and finely tuned. They are very helpful here and their location is extremely convenient for me, and their hours compliment any working schedule.

Dr hannah is truly the best dentist I ever had I always hated the thought of going to the dentist but with her its different the environment and her team are amazing and friendly the care she takes with every patient is remarkable especially a scary cat like myself the pain is mild to non at all her work is truly something special and I'm proud to call her my dentist if u looking for someone that's willing to work with u for the best results look no further then Dr H
