He is so good! I live in Snohomish and I'm willing to see him at Bellevue. I recently had the pleasure of visiting Pure Dental and I must say, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the receptionist who made me feel at ease. Dr. Rob was absolutely amazing. He took the time to listen to my concerns and was very knowledgeable in explaining the procedures that I needed. His attention to detail was impeccable and he made sure that I was informed and comfortable every step of the way. Overall, my experience at Pure Dental office was top-notch. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and truly cared about my dental health. I would highly recommend Pure Dental to anyone in need of dental care. Thank you for such a great experience!

Dr. Rob is really good. I had not gone to a dentist in a few years due to the pandemic and had some deferred maintenance needed. Dr. Rob laid out the treatment needed and was very honest about what he thought I needed and didn’t need in terms of treatment. Needles were involved and I hate needles, but real talk, Dr Rob has a good hand. Treatment did not hurt like I expected. Brian runs the office operations and he’s also really knowledgeable and courteous! Office is modern with newer equipment and technology. Really happy I found Pure Dental!

Maybe it’s just me but calling a potential future customer 42 times in the span of 12 days seems a little like harassment to me. Seems like a decent dental place (I mean I wouldn’t know, besides based off the other reviews… Their constant calls, emails, and voicemails scared me off before I could give them a try.) Normally I would’ve blocked sooner but I was curious how many times they would keep spam calling me before they decided it was enough. Attached is a compiled list. If only you could see the time stamps of the calls. Pure dental? More like pure insanity. I would’ve loved to give you guys a try… Sure over communicating is better than under communicating…. But this is just plain harassment.

Dr. Lee is extremely knowledgeable and skillful in his work. He is also friendly and listens well. Brian the hygienist is also very friendly and does a great job every time I come in. I’ve been to a few less than par dental offices before and I can’t recommend this practice enough. They also helped me with my sleep apnea by fitting me with a night mouth guard. It has helped me get much better sleep and my wife doesn’t complain as much about my snoring. I’m glad I found this place!

From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive team who made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The office itself was bright, modern, and immaculately clean. Rob himself is an outstanding dentist - gentle, patient, and incredibly thorough. His expertise and professionalism made me feel reassured that I was in good hands. The turn around on my much needed night guard was exceptionally fast! Overall, I can't recommend Pure Dental highly enough.
