They’re flexible with scheduling and ensure that appointments are never rushed—both the doctors and hygienists take the time to make you feel comfortable and well cared for. A month ago, I visited this clinic suffering from acute pain. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that the tooth needed to be extracted and a bone graft placed—but that I would have to schedule a separate appointment on a different day with a different doctor to have this done. Due to my work schedule, finding a new appointment slot was difficult, as that specific doctor only works on Mondays. Consequently, I ended up waiting nearly a month for my tooth extraction appointment. However, when I returned, it turned out that I had been scheduled only for an examination, and I was told I would have to book yet another appointment for the actual procedure. Furthermore, I was accused of providing incorrect information to the receptionist myself—even though I had clearly reported severe, unceasing pain, and the doctor had already confirmed the necessity of an extraction. I generally dislike leaving negative reviews and hesitated as to whether I should do so in this instance; however, yesterday I visited a different clinic where, in just 40 minutes, they extracted the tooth and placed the bone graft—painlessly and without requiring multiple visits. It became clear to me that the mistake was not mine at all, and that the entire problem lay solely in the incompetence of the staff at EZ Dental Clinic.

I had my teeth cleaned at EZ Dental on Wednesday, November 26th. Their office was easy to find and had plenty of parking. I didn't have to wait long before Sunny came out to the lobby to take me back to his chair. It was my first visit and I was immediately put at ease by his pleasant and professional manner. He had a very gentle touch and I highly recommend him. Thank you, Sunny.

I had a wonderful experience at this dental office and can't recommend them enough. Dr. Meisam is a fantastic dentist. He is incredibly knowledgeable, careful, and meticulous with his work, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Iftach (Jeff) did an absolutely amazing job with the dentures, ensuring a perfect fit and a great result. A special thank you to Sabina, who runs the entire office so efficiently. She is fast, professional, and makes the billing process incredibly clear and easy to understand. The whole team works together to provide an excellent patient experience. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience at this dental clinic. I’m usually very easygoing and not picky, but this is about my health. After my first fillings over a year ago, my tooth hurt for months. No one told me to bring my retainers so they could adjust the filling properly. Recently I gave them another chance. They claimed I "refused" my previous doctor, though I had only asked about switching. The doctor wasn’t very friendly. They said they’d do three teeth but only did one. I explained the filling didn’t fit my retainers, but they blamed anesthesia. Later, white bits were falling off the filling and it felt rough instead of smooth. In the end, they refused to see me again. It feels like you can’t even say something hurts here. It’s disappointing, and I’m sharing this so others are aware.
