Had a great experience from start to finish. Mustafa who handled my imaging and prep was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and made the entire appointment feel comfortable and smooth. His professionalism and genuine care really stood out. Transparent and clear processes. I’d confidently recommend this office to friends and family.

Hanieh is the best hygienist I’ve ever had! She’s so gentle, professional, and incredibly thorough, and you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I used to have some bad cleaning experiences in the past, but having her completely changed my view on dental cleanings, I’m actually more comfortable and accepting of it now. She made the whole experience feel calm and easy, and my teeth have never felt this clean before. Dr. Huang is also very professional and attentive, I feel that I’m in good hands with him. Highly recommend this amazing team if you’re looking for both skill and genuine care.

I had a great experience here. Dr. Huang made me feel very comfortable, especially because I get nervous about going to the dentist. He was patient, gentle, and very thorough. His assistant was also wonderful, and the front desk staff was kind and helpful. Overall, the service was excellent. I highly recommend this office to anyone who feels anxious about dental visits.

My experience here is always wonderful! From start to end, the front desk staff is welcoming and friendly. Daniela was my dental assistant and she made me feel so comfortable and cared for. Dr. Yi was gentle and kind as always. Highly recommend this practice!

Everyone was kind, patient, and caring. It was my first visit at Eastgate and they really took the time to get to know me and listen. The dental care I received was also well done and gentle. I highly recommend them and glad to have made them my new dentist!

Dr. Huang was very nice and the dental service itself was good. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the male nurses significantly affected the visit. While the doctor was present, he behaved professionally. However, after the doctor left, his attitude became noticeably passive-aggressive. During the post-cleaning step when he was applying toothpaste, he repeatedly and impatiently told me to keep my mouth open every few seconds, even though I was clearly trying my best. Toward the end of the session, he even hit my tooth with the water sprayer, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. This interaction unfortunately ruined what would otherwise have been a positive visit. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return to this clinic.
