Pros: - Easy appointment scheduling. - Professional staff who explained the procedure clearly. Cons: - Appointment was 4 days out. - Estimate was only provided in-office, despite requesting it in advance. Given the 48-hour cancellation policy, it should be given at least 72 hours prior to the appointment. - The office estimate was nearly double what my insurance quoted. - Charging upfront before the procedure feels mistrustful and poor customer service, especially in Bellevue. - I was charged extra at the end for an obstruction not mentioned by the doctor, and that felt retaliatory from the front desk staff. That's also supporting my previous point regarding post-service payment, especially when evaluations, x-rays, and tests are included in the package. -Expensive even after insurance

I am not a person that likes going to the dentist, it makes me nervous and anxious every time I have to go there! That being said, I really have to say that Cascadia Dental specialists is one of the best dental practices I have ever been too!! Dr. Huda Albather and the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in the door. I was kept Informed about what they were doing through every step of the way and also made sure that I understood what they were doing to make me feel more comfortable and confident about being in the dentist chair!! If you are looking for a caring and gentle Dental Expert I highly recommend Cascadia Dental Specialists.

I had a root canal treatment at Cascadia Dental Specialists — everything went great! The doctors really know their stuff, explained everything clearly, and worked carefully. The atmosphere is friendly, no one rushes, everything is calm and stress-free. The process was comfortable, I felt relaxed and in good hands. I feel great after the procedure. Huge thanks to the team for their professionalism, care, and attention! I’m really grateful for the excellent service and the great result!

I had the pleasure of visiting Cascadia Dental Specialists and I am beyond impressed with the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcomed and at ease. The office is state-of-the-art, modern, and incredibly clean. Dr. Albather and Dr. Faghih are experts in their field, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. They took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment plan, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood every step of the process. I never felt rushed. Lili the office manager was very knowledgeable when it came to my dental benefits and explaining costs to me. I can't recommend Cascadia Dental Specialists highly enough!!!!

I’ve had a very disappointing experience at Cascadia Dental. Despite having a high pain tolerance, I went through two of the most painful gum explorations I’ve ever experienced. After a cleaning showing improvement, I was presented with an extremely expensive treatment plan. When I mentioned that I wanted to seek a second opinion, I was unexpectedly hit with a reprisal bill , which felt punitive and unprofessional. From the very beginning, I had the impression that this practice prioritizes money over patient care, and unfortunately, my experience confirmed that suspicion. On a positive note, the dental cleaning technicians were excellent , skilled, gentle, and professional. It’s a shame the rest of the experience didn’t reflect the same integrity.

Exceptional care! Definitely would recommend! I was referred by a friend and I can totally see why.. front desk was very kind to work with my crazy schedule, assistant had amazing bed side manners, and Dr. Albather was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my entire treatment plan. Great office! I appreciate the front being clear with my insurance and answering all my questions.

I had a great experience at Cascaida Dental Specialists. Each and every staff member i talked to was so friendly and professional. For someone that gets really anxious at the dentist office, they managed to give me a sense of calm and answer all of my questions. Dr. A took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend them. 5 stars all around!
