I could give zero if I could. I made an appointment and confirmed but they couldn't find it on the system . I waited fir more than an hour to finally be seen. Their XRay machine didn't work. It took another hour. The only I needed is to cement my crown that fell off. Finally they told my insurance will not pay and gave me an ultimatum $300 or no service! They didn't verify with my insurance beforehand. Needless to say, I will never come there again and I don't advice anyone to use their service!!!

Just completed my first visit and I’m completely sold! X-rays were a breeze (I generally gag), dentist was quick and knowledgeable, and reception was very warm/considerate/helpful! Eleanora was a pleasure to interact with. Actually excited about the dentist! Update: I got a crown done here and after success I have to realize how I might’ve been traumatized by previous dental work. Again, I have to say everyone here has been great

I love this dental office! Great dentists, and wonderful front desk employees. Even though my insurance provider didn’t cover everything, the prices are quite reasonable. My whole family comes here and the whole team does an excellent job at making us all feel welcome and comfortable.

I love the doctor and her team as well. Today I came in for my crown done and she gave me enough time to be ready. Also, she explained of what to do after my crown was done. Super gentle and outstanding bright dental now, which I recommend to everyone. I have a great experience for so many years that I come here and they take care of really well. I came here for my root canal with Dr. Yamada and had a great experience. He was very detailed on explaining why the tooth needed the root canal & why I was experiencing the pain. I highly recommend him if you ever need a root canal. The front desk was also super nice and friendly and the office looked super clean.

Dr. Park and her staff give amazing service and professional dental care. Christie was so helpful and gentle with my X-rays and the whole staff is pleasant and kind. Dr. Park evaluated my X-rays and gave a detailed and thorough consultation. I will be returning for all my future dental work including cleanings, fillings, and crown replacement. 5 stars!

Im just so confused why i owe 47 now when i pay everything before i leave.. got seen months ago and was told i have a credit on the account so i dont need to pay... If yall run my insurance and confirmed whats covered + say i have "a credit so you're good, you dont owe anything else" honor that, yea? dont send me a bill saying I owe some money cuz of an error which was out of my control. Who do you think I should be upset with? Yall, or my insurance? Personally I hate owing money and getting random bills so I wont be going back.. Update: thanks for the callback! A week later I still see a balance of 47 on the account. However the billing team doesnt. They will send me an email to confirm I owe nothing. But this is a temporary fix. Please contact tech support so i dont see a balance on my account. Also, they realized the refund of 47 from NOV was never cashed/received, so they will be fixing that also. Very frustrating.. thanks for help. TBC
