I started seeing Dr. Chan after some poor experiences with my previous dentist's office. What a difference! Dr. Chan took the time to explain everything he saw and everything he recommended. He answered all my questions and the entire team was just as friendly and wonderful with their communication. The office is well equipped, with much better tools than my previous dentist's office. Every aspect of the treatment and care experience was excellent.

He always takes the time to listen, answer all my questions, and offer clear, thoughtful solutions. I never feel rushed—just genuinely cared for. The entire staff is professional and kind, with a clear attitude of "we’re here to take care of your teeth." That kind of approach makes me feel confident that I’m in good hands. What I truly appreciate about Dr. Chan is that he never pushes unnecessary treatments. He practices with integrity and clearly prioritizes patient care over business. Scheduling is also very reasonable—if Dr. Chan is busy, they’ll break up appointments to ensure there’s still enough time to address all concerns. I’ve never felt rushed. Special shoutout to my hygienist, Carri! She’s incredibly gentle (but thorough!) with cleanings, which is a big deal for me since I have very sensitive teeth. She’s also super knowledgeable and sweet—such a comforting presence. This clinic has become my forever dental home. I highly recommend Dr. Chan and his team to anyone looking for ethical, high-quality, and compassionate dental care.

As someone with a long dental history, I had been always felt worried about dental appointments and any procedure when I was visiting a dentist until Dr. Chan became my dentist. Right now, I am not worried anymore and I feel comfortable and have peace of mind when I visit Dr. Chan's office. Dr. Chan and his team are absolutely fantastic. They are incredibly kind, caring, and trustworthy. I completely trust Dr. Chan with all my dental needs, plus he is so easy to talk to and I never feel uncomfortable. He's been my dentist for 15 years and there is no one else I'd choose over him. Most people hate going to the dentist, but I actually look forward to my visits because it's such a great experience each time. Through his network of colleagues, I've also had very positive experiences with orthodontia, teeth extractions, and periodontal surgery. I have been a patient of Dr Chan’s for many years. I have always had excellent care. I have needed a number of crowns, and Dr Chan has done a superb job with these – better than any other dentist I have ever used. The crowns always are sized, fit and set right the first time and have lasted many, many years. He is very dedicated to performing services with little to no pain, sensitive to his patient’s individual needs. I most appreciate that he never suggests any services or procedures that are not necessary. I also have standard cleanings twice a year and Dr Chan will check for any new issues, which I seldom have. I am so confident in his skill that I have referred a number of friends and family to his practice and they have also been very happy with their care.

Dr. Chan is one of the best dentists I have ever met. With him, my dental care has been an awesome experience, starting from appointment confirmation till after-procedure tracking.
