Consistently very poor communication about the plan of care and what comes next. Nearly every appointment involves surprises when we thought we knew what was happening next. Appointment times are often hard to get, not in a preferred time frame and usually changed by the company. The actual orthodontist often doesn't even make an appearance when she should. I just learned at this last appointment that right now dental does not polish off the material left on teeth from clear aligners or braces which means I will have to seek another orthodontist to complete the care and get the rest of the material off my teeth so they do not feel like sandpaper or really dirty all of the time. This company has no business offering orthodontic care of any kind giving the experiences we have had for the last couple years. They are just too inconsistent, trying to cut too many corners and not available enough to provide the kind of care necessary for orthodontics.

I’ve never had a good experience at this dentist office. Front desk and your dentist will have poor communication skills. I would recommend any other smaller dentist office DO NOT GO HERE. They do not take pride in their work. They are affordable SOMETIMES and that’s the only positive. If I could give 0 stars I would.

The constant attempts at up sales gets old. $50+ for a look in your mouth for a cancer screen. Laser treatment for gums that they've already told me would do me no good my pockets are to deep. I was told that my next cleaning needed to be a deep cleaning costing $180. And if I couldn't afford it to call and cancel my appointments but that I couldn't get my regular cleaning until I did then they tried to explain how it was best not to get a cleaning until I could afford the deep cleaning. I think I'm going to find a private practice that's not part of a larger corporate structure. It's clear to me that the pressure to bring in revenue is greater than the needs of their patients.

Great customer service! I’ve had lots of work done since the beginning of the year and this is my new favorite dentist. Definitely recommend going here. Staff is great. Ahmed the dentist on board is amazing and great to talk too! Thanks for the great dental service.

The staff were very professional and eager to answer my questions. They were invested in making me as comfortable as possible during my visit. I felt confident in the expertise of both my dentist and the dental hygienist. This was my first time here, I had to change dentists for insurance coverage reasons, and I feel I chose wisely.

I had a great first visit with Dr. Emon! He gave a very thorough and comprehensive exam. I'm glad to have found a permanent dentist!
