Keep Smiling Dental - Indian Ripple

I’ve been going to Keep Smiling for a few years now and haven’t met an unfriendly face. Dr. Palm quickly adapted to my uncommon dental condition. Since day 1 I could tell he’s put in the research to learn more about my condition and worked with me to provide different treatments. Faith is most often my hygienist and she is so cautious and gentle with my condition. I have nothing but good things to say about all my experiences at Keep Smiling. I made my husband go after over 10 years without dental care. Although he was less than thrilled about it, even he could agree that everyone was kind and helpful. The office itself is beautiful and very clean.

For all who can't make up their mind about which dentist to go to, I'm elderly and was immobile for all of last year, just recently gained ability to walk again. Was unable to get to dentist for a while, afraid to go actually. Finally was able to get in to see Dr Joe Palm again. Ended up having lots of issues, but Dr Palm was so nice, didn't lecture me (...have been lectured by other dentists and well you know how that goes), but worked patiently with me for that first visit back. Don't be hesitant about going to this doctor, all the staff were helpful and sweet. Even with assisting me out of a chair because of my disability.

I have had 3 cleanings over the past year and a half and every visit has been great. Everyone is so pleasant and positive. They really provide a calming and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you to your team Dr Alex, you live up to your "Golden Rule"

I love it here. Faith is incredible. She's so lovely to talk to and amazing at her job. Dr. Joe is also great. I have used this dentist for years now and I have come back even being out of network because of the quality of care.

Excellent staff, front desk to hygienist, all DDs I have met are professional and provide excellent value. Something I don't say often in our healthcare industry, they provide care base on my core beliefs: they provide care and service on these principals. Accessibility, Affordability,Accessibility,Availability.. May those continue.

The entire staff is so friendly and helpful! Dr. Joe is absolutely amazing! I have an ENORMOUS fear of going to the dentist and their office (from the front office staff, to dental hygienist, to billing, to the dentists themselves) puts me at ease with every appointment. I can actually say I like going to my dental cleaning and exam appointments! The staff at Keep Smiling (the Indian Ripple office) are so courteous and friendly. Procedures are explained, which lessen any anxiety I might have. The dentist I see is Dr Alex and he’s great. He always has time to answer any questions I have. From hygienists to office staff, everyone is professional and always attentive to patient’s needs.
